I got my car at the end of March. My buying experience went well. Mid November (8 months later), I had a issue with my car that should of been addressed before I bought it. This was my first time ever buying a car from a dealership, so needless to say I wasnt happy at first to learn of my car issue after I had my oil changed from my normal auto repair shop. With that said, I went back to Rapids Ford right after my oil change and they got me in the books for their next shop opening to look into the issue. They confirmed my auto shops findings and fixed the issue right than and there, no questions asked. I was pleased with their customer service in resolving my issue. I would recommend them if you are looking to buy a new or used vehicle. When I am ready to upgrade again, I plan to start at Rapid Ford!! I rated it a 4/5 because it took a long time with processing my financing otherwise I was satisfied with my overall experience.

Very good service but test drove a few cars and the engine lights came on so I had to bring it right back and explain to the manager that the engine light was blinking and he said Oh its ok must be a sensor
