Overall not a very good experience by the guys at AC Motors. When I called over to check on a cars availability, the guy I was talking to was arguing with someone while I was on hold and seemed very rushed to hang up. Once I arrived, I was just handed the keys and they said "take it for a spin". I was testing a 2010 Tahoe and the car pulled to the right pretty bad the entire test drive. When I brought it to the sales guys attention he said "all cars with custom rims do that". I then went inside, asked the other sales guy if the car should do that because of rims and he said no immediately. On top of that, the tires were almost bald and I the "$2,000" rims were chipped and didnt look good. For some reason the price of the car remained exactly the same with or without the very "expensive" rims.......Once I sat down inside I was given a credit app right away and was asked to fill it out while he was finding a value for my trade. Once I told him what I owed vs what they had to offer it was like he just gave up and didnt even make an attempt to work with me. I literally sat at the desk for a solid 5 minutes until I gave the keys back and decided to leave all while going out of my way to shake his hand and thank him for some reason. The sad thing is, I would have probably bought a car if he seemed like he actually wanted to work with me. Instead, he just assumed I wouldnt be buying and said sorry. Im a salesman myself so maybe Im quicker to judge, but these guys were just clerks. Very disappointed. Will be buying a car soon but not from them

It Seems they dont treat everyone with respect and they need to remember everyone they talk to and that walks by is a customer .That means getting off your rear and showing everyone a vehicle if asked and if you dont have time find someone who has the time or get a new job. You need to treat people with respect and dignity and treated with respect regardless of what they look like or if they want to look and see a vehicle .But just having nice cars to show isnt anything customer service should be number one . Respecting everyone in all walks of life is key to building better business and better relationships with everyone . I give one star.Because, it seems they only respect everyone and only who they want too which is phony and untasteful .Get with the program people . Everyone deserves respect ! Dont forget to ask yourself would you want to be treated like dirt ?!or like you dont matter ? Exsactly ! would they want to be treated poorly probably not ! So be good to everyone and it comes back ;) to bite you . Kindness is universal use it or find a different job!

I showed up at 4:30 to look at a 2006 Impala SS. The salesman informed me that the dealership was closing, but theyre sign said open until 5:00. I said thats was fine I just wanted to look at it and start it. He said okay and walked away.. I scanned the cars body and undercarriage, which says almost nothing about the car. I went into the building and asked if I could simply start the car and look under the hood and that if he didnt have time we could test drive a different day. The salesman remote started the car from the building, not allowing me entrance to the vehicle or the ability to look under the hood. He began to chat with a friend who showed up so we left.. they have nice cars and maybe someone would purchase one if they were allowed to at least look at it first..

I got an email one day and it said that they had already approved me for a car, and I did not believe it to say the least. I responded to the email and I set up an appointment to go in there two days later to meet with Steve Aldes. He was very professional, mellow and very much straight Forward with me. Thats something I greatly appreciate when visiting a car dealer, he didnt jerk me around, or tell me things I just wanted to hear or any of the sort. Steve was more than determined to put me in a vehicle and by the end of our meeting, thats exactly what he did. Hats off to you Steve, good job and thank you!!!!!

What you are getting here is a straight-forward, no B.S., hustle-free, 100% in your benefit, local buying experience in the often salacious world of used cars. Our salesperson was Willis; if you arent working with him on your next purchase, youre losing already. It was a blessing working with him and A.C. Motors of Crystal. The neighborhood is beautiful next door for test driving and the highway is close if you really want to open it up. This is one of the smaller lots we have been to in the north suburbs of Minneapolis but the lot only has prime selections--NO JUNK. PERIOD.

I went to AC Motors looking for a vehicle I saw online. I worked with Brad who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was inquiring about. He was very honest and down to earth and took the time to answer questions and even make small talk without ever pressuring to buy. Brad also worked with me in making a few custom changes to the vehicle that made me extremely happy and love my decision even more! I would recommend anyone to go to AC Motors whether it be to purchase a car or customize it!

Just brought my 2013 Dodge Charger from Renaldo, and he really made it easy for me making up my mind which car to buy. He was really nice and considerate. Although it took me two days to decide if I wanted to buy the car or not he was really patient with me. Had some good laughs and he made me feel comfortable and I will recommend AC motors to everyone.
