Having never faxed anything before or shipped anything through fedex. I know that i was quite uneducated walking in there. but I have never been treated so rudely in my life by anyone. I was attempting to fax some medical forms. The clerk decided it might be better to copy one of the double sided pages. well I started to try and do that but the long distance rates for faxes are so high and i had 11 or so pages to fax. that would about 30 dollars worth. so I though about sending it out than. so I was filling out the form. i was over on the side of the counter. there were people coming in. the other clerk there states to woman waiting "were just ignoring her...i can help you". I was not even in the way of anyone. I will never be doing any other business with Fedex again.

Went there two days ins a row with a box each time (Internet returns) so all was labeled and paid for. 1st day box wasnt a color they liked so it had to be in their box/envelope. 10 bucks later that went one through. 2nd day plain cardboard box, nothing on it but shipping label. They didnt accept it because it had slight movement in there ( I packed 2 books with bubble wrap but thats not good enough for them), they wanted 4 dollars to put paper in it so it wouldnt move. I deal with UPS everyday for business and private, never had hick ups sending 5 boxes at a time ... Never again Fedex, never. Ill shop online making use not to use them.

DO NOT SHIP FROM HERE. Terrible experience. My wife brought 4 beautifully wrapped boxes filled with Christmas gifts for family members in other states. The manager, Jason, told her she they could NOT ship the boxes " with paper on them. He made us take all the paper off and repack everything in his boxes! It cost over 100 dollars and we had to so all the work as he just watched. My wife phoned FedEx and found out they OVERCHARGED us and LIED about the Brown paper being unacceptable.

Ive always had great experiences with the delivery side of FedEx. Always on time and friendly. The issue for me is the staff at the Mankato Campus location. It appears that doing business there is a big inconvenience for them. One older lady named Carolyn in particular...RUDE with a capital R! Will most likely try different places for my printing needs in the future.

The staff is very friendly but prices are crazy high. They wanted over $85 for a 96 page document scanned. I have been to this location many times for other services and ended up goig somewhere else. The prices are just too much.

The prices are ridiculous. I was charged $15.99 for a regular brown box. They even charged me to tape it. Would not recommend at all, use USPS. We were quoted $12.89 at Fed Ex and ended up shipping it at USPS for $4.60.

LAME automated phone answer. What kind of local business would make a customer sit through that crap and wait for choice #9 that will actually get you a person. Buuuuhhh-Byyyyyeeeee. SUPER high priced too.

Brought in a BMX bike frame and alot of parts. The woman behind the desk was very knowledgeable on packing everything properly and and secure. The price was good compared to UPS and was a way better experience.

Really awful customer service, expensive services, will not print half the stuff you want even for personal use because of vague copyright claims.
