This place is a hole. Bad weather shut down UMKC so I had no resource to scan my work that was due that night. So I think to myself, "Ill go to FedEx Office, thats a good idea!". Wrong. There had to have been maybe 10 customers all day in this store. I was the only one to come in at around 8 that night. Im promptly ignored while I struggle to scan my work on the machines. Only to be told they dont do that. Well... why is there a scan and send button on the machine then? So the clerk scans it for me. All my work, out of order, but what the hell I needed to get out of there ASAP. The total for 7 out-of-order, scanned pages? Almost seven dollars. Do yourself a favor and buy a copy and scanner combo. This place is worthless. Oh and if you have to go, make sure the copies youre making are switched from color to black and white. It defaults to color, so awesome that I paid over seventy cents a page for a color copy of my black and white documents. Good Job FedEx!

Went in for a passport photo. They were fast but the guy told me I couldnt smile because the government doesnt allow teeth to show on the passport photo anymore. INCORRECT!!! I went to get my passport and the person told me that wasnt true. so now Im stuck with this crappy picture for the next 10 years. Smile in your photos, people!! :)

I love getting creative and making cool invitations for friends. I can email my designs to the staff and then theyll consult with me to figure out the best printing options. I LOVE this location...parking is a ***itch though! (I always park illegally--but the staff is fast enough I get out before I get in trouble ;) )

They are super nice dont get me wrong. But the fact that my project got printed 4 times just for,him to realize there was something wrong with the printer....The,guy changed the paper we had agreed to through the process and the printer. This is the first time Ive had a serious problem so it kinda was a let down

Felt taken advantage of. The guy behind the counter insisted on charging me 25 cents a copy for black and whites because he adjusted the size of my image on the computer. The customer service is passive aggressive at best. The staff makes in-person customers wait for several minutes while they answer phones.

Had a great experience here today. The box I packaged my item in was a little worn, which they did not feel comfortable sending due to liability reasons. While I should have packed the item better, they did end up repackaging the item for me in one of their own boxes. Thanks!

The man who helped me ship 5 huge boxes/suitcases was SO helpful! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! (I had previously shipped the same things, and I was in the store for 45 minutes). He was so nice and efficient! This is a great FedEx location!

I LOVE this place! I sell on ebay and I may have a combination of USPS FEDX and UPS packages. I can leave them all at one location, which makes my customers happy, because I can charge the lowest possible shipping charges for any package!

The staff was nice however it cost me $15 dollars to ship a textbook I will not be returning thats too much money to ship a book.

Not quoted a rate or asked what kind of paper we wanted it on, two slightly oversized copies ended up costing over $30. Ouch.
