Those guys know nothing about courtesy and pleasant customer service. Amazing that I did not hear even one single "Thank you", or "Please", or "Welcome to The UPS Store", or "How may I help you?" the whole 40 minutes I was there, whether addressing me or any other customer. The kid just walks up to people who walk in and says "What do you need?", then proceeds to show absolutely zero common courtesy to customers. I saw 6 people get finished and walk out and not one employee said "Thank you", or even come again. One customer said "Thank you" and the employee just said "not a problem"! When it should be the employees thanking customers. They dont smile and have zero customer courtesy. The older gentlemen who appears to be the manager came out and did exactly the same thing. No wonder the employees are like that. Ill be looking for another place to do my business. Some place that actually acts like they appreciate my business.

I went to ship a package via my UPS account and was told by the owner he couldnt take the UPS account because he makes money by upcharging customers then charging UPS himself. He wouldnt help me print the label myself from a printer in the store, even though the heavy boxes were already unloaded, and just put up his hands like he was completely out of options. Totally unhelpful and was obviously annoyed that I questioned his "business model." So if you intend on using a UPS account or getting UPS credit on your UPS account, do not ship here.

Horrible delivery service. Everytime I pay for one day shipping they always wait until the last minute til 8pm to deliver my packages. I literally live just 6 minutes away from UPS but Im always the last to receive. Im unable to pick up because I work during their operation hours and even then its probably in some truck driving all over town avoiding my address which is just right down the road from them.

Ive waited AT HOME all day in my apartment and they never came with my package which was supposedly "out today" and they never came, never knocked or rang the doorbell and when I just now went to track it the site said a delivery was attempted. Worst service ever!!

Sent my wife to pick up a guitar box for shipping and got a $32.92 20 x 10 x 50" used box with tape still on it. When i called and asked about returning it, the dude was an ass. I do a lot of daily shipping and will never consider this place again.

Just dropped 2 large parcels off. The guys helped me carry them in the store without even askin. A first at any UPS location. In and out in under 2minutes. Excellent!
