This company is a complete SCAM. The owner, Kevin, lied to us on multiple occasions. We called to verify that they sold ink cartridges for a Canon printer. They told us that they did, so we prepaid for the cartridges. We received them about three weeks later, and then we found out really quickly that the cartridges did not actually work... They actually caused our printers to malfunction. We, then, had to hire Canon authorized repair personnel to clean all of the printers. You may think you are saving a few bucks buying from this company, but, once you pay $350 for each printer to be fixed among the other headaches and delays, etc, you realize after all, that you really arent saving anything. Kevin refused to even refund our money for the cartridges, and he even fought the chargeback... RUN from this company! I also spoke with the corporate HQ for Cartridge World, and they have had numerous complaints on this location...
