I am extremely unimpressed with the quality of customer service at this location. Back in October I stopped into the store to see about upgrading my phone and was pleasantly surprised to learn about a Free iPhone promotion that Verizon had going. Basically I would be given a monthly credit on my bill up to $680 when I upgraded to a new device. When I went to pickup the new phone a month later (it was on back order) and I paid the difference owed on my old phone it was discovered that the employee that had initially told me about the promotion and ordered the phone should have handled the sale differently, thus messing up the "Free iPhone" promotion and I am paying monthly for the new phone. Now it is MARCH and I am still trying to get this handled on my account. Every time I call or stop into the store I am told that they are "working on forms" to make it right. I work in a customer service based industry also and I know that mistakes can happen- but this was the fault of an employee (who happens to no longer work there) at this store and I should NOT pay for that mistake. I asked for a phone call back from a manager two weeks ago and, shockingly, still have not gotten a response. Definitely not impressed.....I have been more than understanding and reasonable up until this point. FIVE months is ridiculous!

Had an overall great experience here. They arent your typical Verizon store. They are very welcoming, friendly, and actually care about helping you. Shana helped my dad and I figure out a new plan that was best for our needs. She was amazing, both personable and proffessional. She was very outgoing and was not just your average sales rep. Most of the sales reps at other stores only care about making sales and meeting their quotas. Shana was more than helpful while getting us set up with what we needed. She went out of her way to understand our situation and figure out the best way to handle the issue. It was pleasant to actually be treated like a human being and a friend rather than just another client or "number" in the system. Im very appreciative of what Shana did for us, as well as how she treated us. Amazing customer service. Thank you Shana!

Was in yesterday and had a terrible experience- first of all the store was very understaffed for the amount of customers. One of the employees was very rude and undertrained and had to ask the other guy how to do everything. Waited almost an hour to finally get helped, younger gentleman was kind and polite but his coworker was a jerk. He had a temper tantrum and freaked out on the older lady he was helping and stormed into the back room. Highly unacceptable and unprofessional. Consider training better staff. Also tried to call and waited on hold for over 25 minutes! It is worth driving farther to go to another Verizon store. Old manager Scott Hakim was fantastic, new management is terrible.

We went into the store to add a phone to our existing contract. We were greeted at the door by Sadra who could not have been more pleasant, took us to the telephones we were interested in, explained each one to us, pros and cons, and made a suggestion to us we made perfect sense to us. She spent time with us that was so very helpful, I wish there were more people like Sadra in the world it would be a better place. I have told everyone I know to go to the Verizon Store in Lake Orion and see Sadra, you will get taken care the right way. This was a great experience!

My husband and I have been in here twice since they moved to the brick and mortar place next to Kroger. The first time took forever so we left. The second time the girl working was very unhelpful. Didnt work with us at all. I have been a Verizon customer since my first cell phone and I almost switched carriers. We left and went to the Verizon store on Dixie by andorsonville Rd. Sooo much better. They worked with us and we got a reasonable deal on our upgrades. Terrible experience.

Most helpful and willing to go out of their way. I needed to replace my autistic teenage sons cell phone (for the 3rd time) he had broken it again. Obviously I was out of upgrades... I went in and explained the situation. The gentleman behind the counter gave me an old cellphone of his and asked if it would work for my son. It was such a blessing to me at that time to not have to pay out of pocket for a phone. I will always use this store, love them!!!

Switched over from T-Mobile today. Brought in two phones to be ported and their service was quick and helpful. My 8 year old was trying to keep himself busy with a sticky jelly toy as we all watched him toss it onto the ceiling. It got stuck, as sticky jelly things do. Manager was funny about it and helped us get it down. Thanks for your patience and understanding, and risking your neck to get the toy back!

This store has a new staff that is just wonderful to deal with. :) Just recently switched over from sprint last week, if you go to this store ask for Candice she knows her stuff and is very helpful and patient with all of your questions. She even help my boyfriend get the most out of his plan and got him a new phone after the other people who were working at this store screwed him over a couple months ago.

Went into the store with an 8 month old 6+ that had a bulging screen. It was due to a faulty battery that is expanding. Clearly their issue. The best the "individual" at the counter could do was refer me to a screen repair shop. Diane Hami, store manager, should be ashamed to wear their shirt. Utter bullshit. Steer way clear of them, as trust in not in their vocabulary.

Unprofessional. I spoke to Verizon Corporate and they agree. These guys have a shady "store policy" of only holding inventory through the end of the month. My mothers new iPhone 6S arrived on April 29th, but was eligible to be sold to someone else starting May 1st. It was. Unbelievable. Shop somewhere else.

Had a great time in there getting my new phone everything went easy and everyone seemed friendly, it was nice to be able to watch a little but of Disney movies to while waiting for the phones to transfer over.

Loved the Service and Staff... Prices were the same as online and they were very honest and patient with me. They transferred my phonebook for free also :) I def recommend this store (Dixie near Davisburg Rd)

I didnt know it was professional to not answer your phone when it rings over 10 times. Not to mention the service in the store is horrible as well. This place is a joke.
