This is the worst ABC Warehouse ever. Dont waste you time! If you walk in there black turn around and walk back out. You wont get help for any salesman but after you help yourself someone will be there to scoop up commission. After i left the ABC i had to explain to my son why SOME kids get balloons and OTHERS might not. The salesman past out balloons and walked past my son numerously, (lets reel tape).Oh by the way if you are not dressed to par, turn around and walk out because if you look like you are not gonna bring a good commission STAY HOME dont waste your time!! Oh plus the ppl behind the desk....well lets say, "we got the clowns, now wheres the clown car"? Oh yes!! The ppl at Credit Acceptance are AWESOME!!

I bought a grill and had a nice young man, named West. He was very helpful and pleasant. They had no more in stock, he stated I could get the display model and assured me he would wrap it securely. He wrapped it and even placed in my car and all the while smiling. I had to go back because. I had forgot to get the manual. This time I had the manager help me. Devante could not find the the manual and offered me. A discount on the grill cover I was purchasing because he couldnt find it. But because of the inconvenience and the fact I would have to print it out myself. Great customer service !

Not so great Sales guy was nice. Called store to see if the advertised TV was in stock. Was told they had some. Tried TV in store and was ready to buy. Got to register only to hear they dont have any in store but coming in next day. Was told I could put deposit down and get it next day when in. Payed deposit. Received call next day saying tv is in and I can come get. Later received call saying my TV , of the 3 coming in, was defective. How would they know this? Did the open the box? I just got money back. Will stick with Best Buy or Costco. 2 stars cause at least sales guy was nice.

Staff was friendly but service was terrible. I would not recommend them to anyone. I will not be back. I purchased what I was told was a brand new refridgerator from them only to get it home and hooked up and it doesnt work. The fridge does not get cool at all. I have been back and fourth on the phone for 2 days now trying to get things straightened out and still have the broken refrigerator sitting in my kitchen and no new one. I am extremely displeased and fed up at this point.

Walked in to buy a gas dryer at 4:45 pm yesterday. By 7:45 it was installed in our home and running. Three hours! It cant be much easier than that. Part of it must be due to the salesman Larry Reid, and part to the installers Tim Nutt and Steve Martin (?), and part to the way ABC warehouse runs their business, and maybe part to lucky timing on my part. If the dryer runs well, I can have absolutely no complaints.

They have the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced, the people in the store were very rood and uninformed, and they couldnt give us a delivery time at all. When the delivery people came it didnt quit fit in the spot so the guy shuved it under the cabinet and broke our handle. The only reason I gave then 2 stars is because like Walmart their cheep, and they offer layaway.

Rhonda was cool! But when i came back the next day Rhonda wasnt there and nobody wanted to help me so I helped myself. They didnt give me a delivery time so they called the day of the delivery while i was at work. Pondering if I wanna just go get my money back and go elsewhere.

Baught a fredgerator 5 month ago and bought the extra warranty it took a crap and THEY dont do any thing about it .Frigidaire it is junk.DO NOT BUY FROM ABC WAREHOUSE THERE WARRENTY IS JUNK.AND THERE PEOPLE ARE LYERS i will never shop here again

Purchased a drone from here. When I got home it was missing parts. The manager refused to exchange or return the item. He said they will not return any unsealed item. Which is strange because it was never sealed.
