I have been buying from Rent a Center in Cumming since 1991. I must say that in all my years Danielle is by far the best manager and employee that I have ever dealt with there. Now Im not saying that the other employees arent good because they are. I have a lot of accounts with them and hey are all paid differently do I know it is a lot of hassle trying to keep what is what but let me tell Tasha and the guys they are always there to help make sure it all stays straight.Each time I have went into the store, Danielle or whoever was there had a great attitude and i really felt that they wanted me to be happy with the purchase , whether the item was in the store or they had to get it from another store. In all my years of dealing with Rent a Center Danielle is by far the GREATEST. If I have ever had a problem with my account I knew I was gonna be taken care of by her. My husband had to have open heart surgery and he had to stay in the hospital for 14 days and then wasnt able to return to work for and he was the only income we had coming in so my account got all messed up. I called And talked to Danielle and she worked wit us on our account. Here isnt to many companies that would do that and how can I forget she called and checked on both of us and that really meant a lot to me. So for someone to post a negative review or say she is rude and hateful Im sorry but did you ever stop to think that maybe just maybe it was you? I highly recommend any and everyone that is looking to purchase something for your home or what it might be to go see Danielle and the staff at rent a center. They will treat you good and take good care of you and all your needs.So to all my Rent A Center family Thank you. You are all an amazing staff. I am always pleased with your customer service. You all exceeded our expectations in every way with your knowledge, patience and caring service.Thanks so much for your friendly service!

By far the best customer service I have had to deal with from a rent to own store. If I had a problem all I had to do was call the manager and she was very nice and respectful at all times. Danielle was awesome and her staff was very respectful as well they always treated me like a customer they wanted to come back and not like some of the other places I have been to that treat people like trash. I have my items paid off and will be going back really soon.

Great experience. The store manager Danielle was very patient with me and was very knowledgeable. I asked her how long have she been there she told me 8 years. You dont be at a job that long and not know what you doing. Also she was the only one in the store and was able to help me and two other customers and answer the phones all by herself. It was the easiest rental i have ever had.

Very good place, very good service! Danielle (The manager) Wonderful person! Very patient and dedicated to her job. Rent A Center has EXTREMELY good deals and also works with customers. Damn good people :)

Worst customer service Ive ever received. They call and harass you the day the bill is due before its even late. This company is a scam and money grab and I recommend you just save up for what you want.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! WILL NEVER BUY FURNITURE THERE! DANIELLE THE MANAGER THERE IS RUDE AND A VERY REPULSIVE PERSON. SHE WILL BE THE REASON THIS STORE FALLS UNDER. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!
