I purchased my mattress and adjustable base from this store (8/2017). Jordan Mendoza assisted me. He was knowledgeable, and very patient, which I appreciated. So for Jordan and the store location itself, I give this 5 star rating. The delivery of my merchandise however, was a different experience. The two guys who came to my home seemed very rushed. That being said, they didnt put the corner brackets at the top of my adjustable base. Now whether or not I needed those brackets is besides the point. The delivery guy should have communicated as to why he wasnt putting them on, opposed to just leaving them in a box on my floor. Although the delivery guy did offer to come back, after Jordan reached out to him, it wasnt convenient for I had to get to my PT appt (post spinal and shoulder surgery). I ended up having my 13 yr old hold up the heavy mattress, while I put on the brackets. Thankfully my son didnt drop it on top me! Maybe the delivery guys were just having an off day...I get it...we all have them. But I still felt it was important to share my experience in its entirety.

My husband & I went into the store looking for a couch/sectional for our basement. We were excited to buy something nice as first-time home owners. We were greeted by a lady who asked what we were in search of, she then directed us to another salesman who could better help us. He took us directly into the clearance center, told us to look around and hed be local if we needed him. He comes to us after awhile and asked if we saw anything, we told him no. He never asked us if we were interested in something else, or offer to show us around on the main floor. It was as if our money/credit wasnt good enough there. We ended up going to Gardner White and found the perfect sectional with the help of an awesome salesman!

Monica was awesome - she was the only one in the store and was able to handle the multiple customers that were there along with my wife and I. She took the time to make sure that we got the right product; we never felt rushed or pressured.
