Horrible customer service. The cashier was on her cell phone the whole time. She commented on how high my total is. When an item rang up incorrectly she told me the sku was incorrect even though it had the correct item and color. There wasno need for her attitude. She then argued with me about the price. I am a calm person and I actually had to take a minute so I didnt blow up at her. When I tried to call and speak to the manager the phone number connects to a full mailbox. Looks like theyre getting a lot of complaints. I will absolutely never go here again. on the sticker.

Absolutely the most unorganized store ever-the store manager should be replaced asap for allowing this shop to represent At Home in any way, shape or form! As a retail manager for over 20 years, presentation and customer service should be #1, it was not even close here. Ever isle was a free for all, the back of the store had more products on the ground then the shelves and the cashier didnt bag my purchase! Compared to other shops, well it doesnt- corporate should visit asap to see how their name is being delivered to the customer, I wont be back ☹️

I had a crazy shopping excursion I needed to get done within a few hours. Tiffany was working day before yesterday as I walked in. I asked her if there was anyone to assist with the lifting of this heavy sofa I wanted among so many items, she quickly replied Ill help you. At home is a fabulous store but its managers and associates like tiffany that makes me want to make at home my go to store for all my decorating needs. I cant thank you enough Tiffany!!!!

Theres no other place like At Home. Its a warehouse with very affordable home decor. Everything from garden gnomes to furniture. Things arent sorted very well and the inventory is constantly changing, so plan on spending a little time in the store hunting for what you want. But, without fail, Ive always managed to find something unique for the house. Its always a fun visit.

At home is a great store with tons of home decor. Not just home decor, but home decor that you are going to like! They have a little bit of everything for everyone! Picture frames, mirrors, throw pillows, vases, baskets, patio umbrellas, bar stools, chairs, tables, headboards, floral dept, lawn ornaments, etc. Too much to list.

Huge store endless choice but when u do decide in something there is not 1 employee around to help answer questions or lift a piece of furniture into cart ect..wanted to buy a few things but left empty handed due to lack of employees or their help

It was so much better when Garden Ridge, visited this place today, and not only have prices increased tremendously, but the place was a wreck, super dirty, unorganized, and my leg started itching. Wth...Will not return or recommend

Had a hard time finding the items I was looking for, 2.5 hours I spent looking for the curtains I was shopping for. Then I found some cool stuff I wanted almost by accident. I wish they spent more time organizing there shelves.

You can find almost anything to decorate your home there. I like Moroccan decor and find items that satisfy my taste. Theres so much to see, its hard to cover the vast selection in one day. The prices are moderate.
