This review is in regards to them doing the tints on my car: I went in to get my three day old 2016 Sierra Denali tinted and this place had good reviews on google so I pulled the trigger and made an appointment. I wanted 40% over the back half of the car (which is already 20%) and 15% on the front half. I leave work early to get to my appointment and waited 1.5 hours for the tinter to arrive late. The tinter apologizes and they gave me $25 off my tints because the inconvenience. No big deal so far. The guy does my tints and gets done about 1.5 hours later and I go about my business. 2 days later on a sunny day, I noticed the back driver-side window has scratches on it. The scratches were shaped like the back window so it was obvious it was because of the tints. I also notice water bubbles (huge ones), dust bubbles, and poorly shaped cuts on the film all over the car. After about two weeks of going back and forth, I got them to give me my money back and pay for a new window. At this point, Im pissed I spent about a month trying to get my windows tinted and came out with more work to do and my windows still arent tinted. When I asked Metro Restyling to remove the disaster of a tint job that they put on, they refused. When I asked for them to pay somebody to remove the disaster of a tint job, they refused that as well. So now Im stuck with a $150 charge for somebody to remove my tints and have to go through the hassle of taking them to small claims to get my money. This place is a disaster. If you want your tints done right, go to Shadow Art in Royal Oak. Theyre the ones that removed my tints and did the new ones right the first time. Clean shop, good guys (brothers), and they even let me watch them do the tint work (Metrorestyling would not). TL;DR: I got my tints done on my three day old car here, they screwed it up, refused to fix or deal with the crap job they did, had to go to small claims, paid extra for another shop to remove the tints. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Excellent customer service, they knew exactly what they were talking about. They showed me around different tints and styles that would fit my vehicle and gave me some awesome suggestions. They showed me around the process and absolutely thought theyre previous work was professionally done. Ive had friends whove paid less for the work, but the job was not up to par compared to the craftsmanship that Metrorestyling has done on this vehicle. I called in the same day around 5 pm when they closed at 6 and had it done for me the same day. Absolutely amazing service and for a stylish vehicle that you take pride in, this is the place to go no questions asked. I also believe they do different other types of styling but I only came in for tinted windshield and side windows. If I feel like I need to give an extra "umfp" to my car, they have a returning customer.

Found these guys through a referral in the printing business, they are GREAT! Impeccable customer service. I had them print me a vinyl graphic for my business, it looks awesome! I had emailed my logo over to Tommy who got back to me within minutes (impressive) he gave me an incredible quote. He had the graphic printed within minutes he even took the time to smooth out lines in my logo which to him "werent perfect" and didnt even charge extra. I would recommend them to friend and I will be going back for future projects! Great Job Metro Restyling, keep up the good work!!

I first purchased fourty dollars of vinyl material. Within six months, I now purchase $300 a week. The quality of items, price, packaging, as well as selection is unparalleled. Despite ordering over $15000 in the timespan, only one item was damaged(by shipping) and the item was returned for free and a replacement was sent for free. The customer service is fantastic because of the knowledgeable staff who works with the materials as well as sales it. I am glad I switched to this company instead of utilizing Fellers or Grimco. Did I mention they price match also?

Ordered a 5ft x 5ft chunk of vinyl from them. Damaged when I received it, but figured Ill just use a heat gun to get the bends out. When I removed the backing there were all kinds of dust/debri, some weird pink stuff that looked like a piece of candy all stuck to the underside of the vinyl. Emailed them asking for a refund and no response whatsoever. You would think buying the highest quality vinyl they offer you wouldnt run into these problems. Or at least they would honor it. Guess not. Would never order from them again.

My initial review had some issues. This is an edit. There were some issues that couldve been handled better, but overall they have a nice selection of colors you wont get for the same price anywhere else. So if youre in the business of getting your car wrapped, there may be a few negatives, but its worth it in the end and this is the place to get it. Dont mess up the order though, and dont be deployed. Just wait until youre home, for my military guys. They could be more flexible. Buy again, its worth it for the product.

Have purchased material from them throughout the years and never a problem. Customer service is truly outstanding and a big thank you to Stacey for most recent help. Very versatile shopping. Its great to be able to get what you need and not have to buy more just because the other guys dont offer any other roll options. Wide selection to choose from also and love the fast shipping. Will continue to buy from them for all of our wrap material needs.

Terrible product, bought a large piece of carbon fiber vinyl and I unrolled it and it had creases and the vinyl was stuffed inside the packaging and damaged beyond use for most of it. I complained via email never got a response. I called in and was told to put some heat when applying it and it should fix it well enough. I dont spend hundreds of dollars for good enough. Very dissatisfied. Wont use them again ever.

Ordered a very basic vinyl order straight from their website. They shipped it quickly but was the wrong size. Contacted customer support who noted to keep the material & they would refund me. After days of waiting & attempting to contact them, no reply, no credit. Long story short: I understand a supplier making a mistake on an order, its the poor customer service that will drive me away from ordering again

Tried to buy 1000 dollar worth of vinyl, ended up getting my credit card blocked because they declined my order even though it was approved from the bank, only after I called their sales team did they tell me that they dont except forienge credit cards , even though they have an option of selecting a forign card on their checkout page ! Terrible service, dont buy from them

I ordered a roll of vinyl from metrorestyling and I realized I had ordered the wrong color. I called them and spoke to a customer service representative who was very helpful and got the right order sent. They have prices and selection of a large internet wholesaler but still have good customer service unlike most, I would buy through them again!
