I didnt want to write anything over one rude incident so I watched and observed before posting this. This is the 5th time that I have been ignored. I (a minority) come in the door and no one speaks to me. In many situations thats just the culture of the business and that is perfectly fine. I have a problem when the only people that are spoken to are Caucasians. This last incident I stood by the printer and observed greetings to all Caucasians and no minorities. I finished with the printer and picked up an envelope to buy. I got up to the counter to purchase the envelope and the FedEx manager made me wait at the counter without a greeting or even saying hold on to me while she finished doing something on the computer for about 3 minutes. While that may not seem like a long time, 3 minutes without speaking to the person thats right in front of you is a very long time. A middle aged Caucasian gentleman enters the store, Mary pops up and says to him (the guy was behind me) "hello sir how can I help you?"; I couldnt believe it. She takes care of him and then says to me "how can I help you". I paid for my envelope and walked out knowing that enough was enough and I was going to be writing this post. I hope this is location specific and not the culture of FedEx. I would hate to have to stop doing business with them.

I go here often to take care of various business needs and always have a pleasant time. It is a fairly laid back atmosphere, so do not expect lightning fast service. All employees are friendly and willing to help out. They are usually not too busy, so wait times are minimal. However, they only have 2 employees working at once, so if more than 2 customers need assistance simultaneously, you are going to have to wait. Chill out.

One employee running from one station to the other between two customers. Not saying thats her fault but this location NEEDS two employees at all times, minimum. This store operates as too many things for one employee to run. Considering my print job would take 10-15 minutes alone (not something you can set and walk away either). Come on FedEx give this women some help and get your customers in and out!

Went in today to print something from my email and the staff wasnt even the least bit interested in helping me or anyone else. Both of the self serve stations were being used and the lady behind the counter couldnt figure out how to print the email. After one of the stations was cleared, it took me 2 minutes and 20 seconds to complete the process. I think my rating is fair.

Would have given 5 stars if it werent for the kid who sat and talked with his friend instead of waiting on me. The other cashier came forward to help me and she was very nice, while the other kid continued to talk. Then when his friend left he walked away from the register. Place needs some supervision on there people...

The woman who works there is very efficient. She has helped me several times with various projects and she has been very helpful each time. She has made meaningful suggestions and her overall customer service skills are excellent. I will always patronize that branch.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Customer service is horrible from both the manager & the other employees. When asked a question they acted as if I were supposed to know the answer already. Totally rude. Would never call or visit this location again.

I went there three times in two weeks. New faces. Theo is a great! Dont know the kid but hes very helpful. The young woman thats there isnt. She should work on her tone and customer service attitude.
