Well I wanted a full sized cut out of our friend who is deployed right now to bring to his sisters wedding. Kristen, who was super friendly, gave me a quote. I just had to figure out how to get a picture of my friend to them that wasnt altered. So regardless I got them the picture the day I needed it printed. I figured Id be paying more for the rush fee as I couldnt get a picture from my friend until the day of... but not more for the actual poster board. Spoke to Kal and he sent me a whole new quote, after he spoke to Kristen.. for $75.00 more. $275.00 total for a life sized cut out of my friend. Wow. So I called around and the next guy I called said not a prob same day, $120.00. Hmm... good thing I didnt let these guys rip me off. Call somewhere else.

Bad business... I have done business with In the Mix Productions of Warren, MI for several years because they were close and cheap. However, they got about 2 out of every 3 orders right and sometimes would not fix their error. The owner told me their VIP accesses passes were high quality, plastic credit card style but what I got was thin lamination that peels apart. You cannot rely on any description on their website. You have to call and triple check every detail of every order and they still mess up. NO MORE. If I have to spend a little more or wait on shipping thats what Ill do. NO MORE

HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!! No communication at all, colors are way off, the cuts are wrong, out of 500 fliers each one has a different color to it, different look...they look hideous. I will NEVER use this company again. Communicating to the customer is vital, they have none of that, I only get an email telling me my prints are done. I would rather drive or wait for shipping than go with IN THE MIX.

Thaier and the staff did a great job. I needed a last minute order and everyone went out of their way to accomodate. Thaier made sure he understood what I needed. The price was awesome too! I would highly recommended this place. I was a little reluctant after reading the reviews however after speaking with Thaier over the phone I thought I would give them a shot. I was not disappointed.

printing is fine communication is very poor and not great to give your customers the attitude that they are inconveniencing you when they call to check on their orders status because nobody bothers to inform them
