Horrible incompetent staff and bad customer service. So I had to return an item to a manufacturer and I no longer had the box in which to return it. When I went in with the items Lynn (fedex employee) said to me verbatim "What in the world is that?!". Very unprofessional. Fedex told me it would cost $75 to create a cardboard box. I had two boxes so the price would have been $150. I then remembered I had a damaged box at home that I could fix and told Fedex this and they were going to build me an additional box for $75. There were two Fedex shipping labels that I printed and handed to the Fedex associate because the manufacturer was paying for the items to be shipped back. I specifically told Fedex that there were 4 stands and 2 stands need to be packaged in each box with the item. Fedex then called me the next day after creating the box and told me the cost was $112! I told the guy on the phone this was not what I was told and his response was: "I wasnt there for that conversation." He then tried to explain the process of creating the box and why it costs $112 to build it. I told him I would not be paying $112 and that I would supply my own box. He said I was entitled to do so Talked to the manufacturer who I was doing the return through Fedex and told them what happened and they sent me a free box! 4 hours later after been told the box would cost $112 Fedex then called me and left a message that said they could do it for $75. I called them back the next day and told them the manufacturer was sending me a free one...their response "But the box is already built." I then told them I would be coming to the store that day to pick up my item so I could package it and have it returned to the manufacturer. I come into the store to pick up my item and I notice that the fedex associate is handing me my item with 4 stands. I told her, I said I told you to package each item with 2 stands. "Well we already shipped it so youll have to package it yourself." A couple of more days go by and I receive the box from the manufacturer. I package everything in the box and go back to this same store to finally ship it back to the manufacturer. Well guess what happens? Those shipping labels that I gave to Fedex...they lost them! So I dragged my heavily packaged box back to my car. So now I have to contact the manufacturer again to reprint the labels that Fedex lost. Please save yourself the hassle and visit any other Fedex store besides this one!

This place is right by my house so Ive gone a few times to get things printed just out of convenience, but its always always always a let down. They charge between three and ten times more than any local printer or Walmart / Target. Not only that, but several times my files have been printed incorrectly because of faulty machines or staff issues. I always have to visit them two or three times to get things right, even when simply printing off photos for an album. Either the print looks bad, gets cropped wrong, or somehow JPEGs are "not a supported file type". Theres one or two people that are very helpful, but most of the staff doesnt know anything about printing or how to create quality prints.

Got a Field replacement unit from verizon wireless. The box came damaged in transit. I took the box into this location to ship the old phone back and the manager I assume came off with a big attitude problem to begin with. then when he saw the box was damaged he told me i had to buy a new box. I told him that it was damaged in transit and that I should not have to pay to ship this back. he disagreed with me and made me pay the $5 for a new box. What happened to full service shipping stores that package and tape everything for you? what happened to the customer is always right? honestly, I wouldnt reccomend this store.

I live in the neighborhood and have been using their services since they opened. Always friendly and professional with good results. The setup is great, with lots of self-serve options that they are happy to explain or assist with using. Its also a nice (free) alternative destination to have your packages shipped to if you dont want them sitting on your own doorstep all day.

Ive been here several times, mostly to fax items. Ive always found the machines to work well, quickly and without issues. However, the staff is always hard to get the attention of and I always feel like Im interrupting them if I need any help. If you absolutely need to go in, this place will do just fine.

When searching on google for a Notary Public, Fedex Kinkos comes up, well you know what they dont even have a notary on staff. If youre going to state on your site that a service is available, then it should be available.

Always a friendly and professional staff. I drop off packages all the time and I can usually get in and out in under a minute with a receipt and tracking #. Would highly recommend
