I needed eyeglasses and did quite a bit of research (Consumers Report) and web searching and W. Optical came up. I figured I would stop by and check them out. I used to go to Americas Best and they were decent. W. Optical was wonderful. The young lady who assisted me was great. She was honest when I was trying on many different kinds of glasses. We finally decided on two nice pairs. They were more expensive than Americas Best and I did not bring a comparison so Im sure they would have matched the price. This was complete customer error. I didnt mind paying the extra amount because of the wonderful service. I would highly recommend anyone who needs glasses to go to W. Optical.

I am SO GLAD I stopped by W. Optical to get pricing on my contacts. Everyone was extremely professional and highly educated in this field. Not only did I get the best pricing (competitor price match) but I received superior service. Out of all the routine decisions we make in life regarding things like contact lenses and frames, W. Optical makes it an easy choice. I will most definitely be returning for my glasses in the next few months and recommend W. Optical to everyone. -As an update, I received a phone call as soon as my contacts had arrived. I was again welcomed with a cheerful smile, and helped immediately. I cant say enough great things. W. What a nice & pleasant surprise! Came in here 2 weeks ago, as the bride needed a new pair of glasses. Allen , greeted us promptly {Take Note Americas Best Contacts & Eyeglasses} welcomed us and set us up with two gals to help us choose frames & a second pair on a bogo The selection on the 2 /$69 was good However the selection on the 2/$79 was even better. She selected two unique frames that she would not normally choose. Both pairs just came in, she was fitted and although no one before has every commented on her frames, 3 people so far , have remarked "Nice glasses" Truly the purple & black tortoise frames are stunning .

This might seem a biased review but trust me they deserve 5 star. This is my first review online for any store/service etc.These are very helpful guys, the manager Allen, doctor and the 2 lady staffs. I went there for contact lenses eye exam which was smooth and then I was not able to wear the lenses despite the doctor, manager and his staffs tried to help me almost an hour. Manager was very good and gave me dummy lenses to practice and asked me to come again. I went after a week and I was able to put in the lenses. The prices are very genuine and service is excellent.

I would give them a -10. (I had to give them a star to get this posted) Incorrect precription twice! Used my frames, but they returned with a pair similiar to them. Not the quality that mine were. Where did my frames go? I give up! Very unhappy and would never recommend this place to anyone! I guess you get what you pay for! Ive been wearing glasses for over 50 years, and have never had an eye doctor that couldnt get it right! Avoid this place if possible. I guess the few reviews that are posted got lucky. Im pretty sure this wont get posted either.

I loved all the staff. I was seating around just watching Alan the manager and the staff working so hard to get everyone serviced. My husband got glasses and he loved them and got a wonderful price! He has been getting glasses every year for over 35 years and this is the best price and help ever. Alan is a good man you can tell he loves his job and his heart is in it too. What a great smile. Keep it up and you all will keep on getting our business and our friends and rest of our family. Great job!!!

The manager was very nice (more than once, I must say!) and very helpful. We have gotten great deals on lens and just using our own frames. Even when my brother frames broke after years of use, the manager was nice enough to put in the lens into the new frames we bought on our own for without charge! Service is usually attentive and we always leave happy with what we need

NOT VERY GOOD, I PICKUP UP MY NEW (OVERPRICED) GLASSES ABOUT 2 WEEK AGO, AND ONE OF THE LENS FELL OUT WHEN I PUT MY GLASSES ON THE COUNTER AT MY HOME. WHAT IF ONE OF MY LENS FELL OUT WHEN I WAS DRIVING, AS I WAS THE NIGHT BEFORE. I HAVE WORN GLASSES OVER 20 YEARS AND NEVER HAD LENS FALL OUT. POOR QUALITY OF FRAMS OR POOR QUALITY OF WORKMANSHIP IN MAKING GLASSES.

Do you not get a I exam at this place they fully advertise buy one get one for $89 that is not true.... they tried to charge me extra for the pair of glasses that I picked out for $89 would not pay for the exam and I called the cops...The police officer told me this is not the first time he came out for the same reason stay away

Great customer service, Manager Alan was a great help. The prices here cannot be beat I got two pairs for the price of one ray ban frame. With addons/perks to the lenses one for work and one for everyday. Real happy with my purchase and savings I recommend W.Optical to anyone nearby Hall road area.

This is the WORST place we have ever delt with. Never did get my second pair of glasses still waiting 4 weeks. RUDE general manager, he said what do you want for $49. This place will be going out of business real soon.

Very friendly and accomodating staff. Allen always give you options so you can save some bucks!!! The doctor is very thorough. So far I already took my 3 kids and myself, and told my husband to make an appointment too.
