I have been a satisfied customer thanks to this store for at least 10 years. I cant express my gratitude for the valued customer treatment I have always received by not just Dan, but his honest and friendly staff as well! Theres not many businesses now days that understand the value of returning customers like this place does. The atmosphere here is always happy, and helpful, it makes it difficult to go anywhere else! Which is why I prefer to go here over any other hardware store for so many years. They know me well, and treat me, as well as my family like family. You cant buy business or employees like that at most places anymore. If I lived an hour away, Id still make the drive because I know Dan, & his staff will take the best care of me.

Went inside this hardware store for the first time today Not even 1 minute after I started browsing for my items, I was asked by a friendly staff member if I needed help with anything. He answered all of my questions about the toilet I was repairing and even gave me tips and tricks to use. Very nice store, great staff. The supervisor was very helpful with giving me quotes on a new ladder I was interested in. He even offered a great discount. I will return to this shop again!!!

Horrible owner! Made my screen wrong size, cussed me out and said it was my fault! All I wanted was 2 screens that fit, the person mismeasured and blamed me! Actually made me leave the store! Used to be a long time customet, now, it wouldnt bother me if they closed, they should close.Horrible retail experience! Never ever go there!!

Great service and helpful staff. If they dont have what you need they will order it or help you find out where you can get it. Also they do tons of repairs at a affordable cost from screens to pipe threading and even tool sharpening. Highly recommended them over big box stores.

Quaint and charming, this hardware store has retained its small town feel. The workers are very helpful and I always get my keys made here. They will always recut a key if it isnt just right. I also love that there is a post office inside.

I feel like these people didnt care you were a paying customer, they were rude hasty just not friendly at all. The only reason i have shopped there is because it is so close to my house, otherwise id be way happier at home depot.

Been going to this store since I was a kid. Redford born and raised! Helpful, welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Post office in the store and they repair windows and screens. Very competitive prices!

Great little hardware store. Lots of products for the size of the store. If they dont have what I need they order it in at no extra charge in a week. They also have a US mail service inside.
