Walked into store and noticed all three employees were on their smart phones. I went to stand in line to be helped and all three employees where helping one customer, or just standing there… not sure what they were doing. I’m in line, staring at them and no one says a word to me. I hear the store phone on load speaker and the employees complaining that the system was down. Still no one has said a word to me. So I speak up, “Can someone help me?” One employee walks off; the other literally turned his back to me, played on his phone and completely ignores me. The third says he can’t do anything the system is down. I told him that I had bought new headlights earlier in the day and I needed some help adjusting them. He looked really bothered I had said anything to him at all. We went outside and he looked at my head lights, saw that they were pointed directly at the ground and said that there was nothing that could be done. “They can’t be moved, some cars headlights are fixed in place” he said. I said ok. I went inside and grabbed a Haynes manual, looked up headlight adjustment and found out how to do it. In their parking lot, I adjusted the “un-adjustable” head lamps all by myself. This place and the employees are lazy. Waste of my time coming here. They have lost my business in the future.

Lived in Lp for most my life this is by far the worst store around service is horrible theres usually a lot of people in the store and they spend more time talking amongst themselves then they do trying to get the customers in and out are usually have to pull up my part number that I need and educate them on what they have in stock because they are clueless and I also dont know why am just now making this review Ive been dealing with this for years

About two weeks ago I had some car troubles. Not knowing anything about cars I walked into the store and I was immediately greed by Michael not only he helped me to choose the right parts but also took the time to installed for me it was a hot muggy sunny day, but he managed to stay cool and do it with a smile. Thank you once again Michael

9/27/2017 @ 5pm blaring rap music, employees walking around aimlessly in back part of store. Nobody up front helping customers. Had to wait 15min to get help with zero customers in front of us. Wont be coming back to this autozone ever.

There was 3 employees, one which was a manager, and they were all in back. My husband and I and an another couple waited about 10 minutes before someone came out to help us. Not the first time, and its worse on weekends!

Every time I have been here I have to wait for someone to help, cannot find anyone, or they are in the back. Only went because they had a part in stock that the other auto places didnt. Wouldnt go otherwise
