i went there because they put in a car battery free of charge. i am not mechanically inclined. plus i am 74 too old for that stuff. the store wasnt crowded it was morning. this is an auto town it has a schedule. the young man came out tested my battery . i already knew it was bad the dealer said so. then we went back in the store and i picked out a battery that fit my needs. i need a lot of cca cold cranking amps because i have a hog farm up in northern Michigan and its gets very cold up there in the winter. i had him test the new battery. i was just pulling his chain but he did it and he was cheerful about it. it turned out it took 2 of us to get the new battery to go in. the car maker didnt leave any room for dust. its in and its working fine. i have a 5 year warranty. very nice place to do business.

Walk to the counter to ask about headlight and if they changed them. I was standing while 2 associates where having a personal conversation... for a minute or 2 I was ignored. Finally I got a sarcastic NO ! Who ever gave them 5 stars must be a family member or a current employee. I took my business elsewhere without attitude. Dont go there unless you like being treated like dirt. Ive never written a review about any company until today.
