Bunch of lazies, I bought a light bulb replacement to my car and I didnt know how to put it on, I asked the guy and after 45 min of waiting, he went in and said oh I need screw driver to remove, I said Ill wait but he said it was too cold and I should come back when its warmer. I laughed because this is Michigan and the only time its actually warm is in the summer, he said well I cant help ya. Well I guess I cant help this review either.

I have had some of the most interesting and friendliest people help me at the store. I love coming here because they understand what I need and they seem experienced enough to reply to my ignorant questions and they actually try to explain things to you instead of brushing you off and acting as though you are a monkey in the middle of the city.

The best autozone I have ever been too . They came out and took my tail light out to change the bulb , which I tried with advance and said no they dont do that!

This is by far the worst AutoZone Ive ever been to. Old tall guy need some management training. Talks to customers with an extreme bad attitude.
