I bought brakes earlier in the year for my wifes car. Later I found out that the rotors given to me were too small. I was not able to return them. The gentleman that "helped" me said there was nothing he could do. He said those we the right rotors according to the system/database they use. He disregarded the possibility there could be an issue with the system. Im out every dollar for the front rotors and pads along with a couple hundred dollars for service and new parts. I will not return to this store because its unreliable and the customer service is unprofessional.

Unbelievable, I go over to Napa at 7:00pm on Wednesday and theyre closed. It says online they are open till 8:00pm weekdays. They need somebody to update the correct business hours.
