After a bad experience at the autozone centerline in Warren this past Tuesday I went to this location to ask them could they put my Head light bulb in for me & the lady Sam came outside to look under my hood she lied told me she couldnt do it because they would have to take the whole front apart to replace it... mind you Ive had this done twice before at the centerline auto zone & it took them less than 20 minutes ... I explained that as well she replied with a nasty attitude that they cant ... I called there customer service line (regional) talked to a lady named Terri and she located the stores district manager Brandon & he sent Mitchell to replace it for me & it was done less than 20 minutes with no hesitation some are lazy & some are not if you go to this ask for Mitchell.

The counter people are on the ball. They helped me find the proper bulb for my blinker... theyve installed wiper blades... theyd even install a battery if it wasnt for my over engineered POS (as my father used to say). They usually got what you need. If they dont? They call around until they find it for you.

A very good experience, my car would not start I had to have AAA come and give me a jump I drove it to AutoZone and the guys help me out diagnose the problem and replace my battery all for $120
