I wish Autozone would send a corporate official over to this property to review and the only reason im giving them a 1 is because the parts are doing there job.. i asked them a simple questoin.. If they could come outside and look at my ball for my hitch didnt feel like boat was on right.. i knew something was wrong just needed a opinion from some one who sells them... THEY DONT KNOW %$&# so anyways i went cross the street ts just say autozone lost bussiness and the new oreilys which they always were big help glad the opened it forget autozone save yourself a headache and go across street to OREILY AUTO PARTS i always go there for my car needs an numerous times for boat they been on my 22 foot cuddy cabin and got me right ignition switch and battery and 12 volt plug this year biggest help

I will never take another car there again - they are crooks! They told me I need to get my front brakes done - so they overcharged me and I paid to have the work done. Within 2 weeks, my car literally would not stop when I hit the brakes. I took it back into them and they told me that my back brakes are completely worn out and everything needs to be replaced. They never even checked my back brakes the first time I took it in for work, and of course they over charged me again the second time. I was livid because they told me my front brakes were bad when it was actually my back ones the whole time. They were rude and only trying to scam me, I will never go back again and dont trust a word that they say - they are only looking out for their pocket book.

1. I think the best advice is that you go there with part numbers in hand. 2. Limit your questions to "do customers ever return ? Ive never had problems at Autozone. If youre not an experienced car person, go to the dealer. Im not advocating that the employees are experienced and knowledgeable, but (again), if youre not a car person, youll have a better chance resolving your issue at the dealer than waiting for Autozone corporate to train their staff.

Staff is friendly here and knowledgeable unlike the OReillys down the street. Lets not mention the rewards program is better here than there. All in all the only downside is getting in and out onto 16 mile can be a pain... especially during the week.

This place is great! I go here often and the employees are knowledgeable and always ready to help. Store is clean and well stocked. Orders and returns have been a breeze. Zero complains!
