A great experience from start to finish, if you come to this shop you will be taken care of. These are artists that genuinely care about giving you the best tattoo possible which is quite refreshing to see after experiencing firsthand how lots of other shops are out to make a quick buck off of you. This is not a shop you just walk into and walk out with a tattoo that some amateur drew up in 5 minutes that you might not be proud of a year from now. Robert put a beautiful piece of art on my body that I will cherish for the rest of my life and it is enough to make me say with 100% certainty that I will never trust my skin to another shop ever again. Dont waste your time or money going anywhere else! By reading the reviews here I am totally confident that you just found the shop where you will get your next tattoo and you couldnt have made a better choice. Thank you Tattoo Nouveau for restoring my faith that there are still professionals out there that will use the proper time and skill to give you the best experience you can possibly have.

I like that the shop is very clean and the atmosphere is fantastic!!! I came in one day to ask about one of my tattoos that I have. I did not care for it because it was starting to look too distorted, and running together. Dave the owner gave me the honest truth. It needed to have laser done. All the other shops I went to wanted 300-500 dollars to add color or keep it black and white. He told me why it needed to be done and took his advice. He also gave me a recommendation where to have the laser done. Once that is done Dave offered to work with me to give me a tattoo that I would love. Dave, Marna, & Robert are the best. I got a tattoo from Robert well over a year ago and love it. Marna is working on one now and its just beautiful. I have people ask me all the time where I get my tattoos from.. I just tell them to go to Tattoo Nouveau. They honestly treat you like family. They listen to what you want and give you outstanding art work. So if your in town, stop by and see what they can offer. You wont be disappointed.

I gave my wife a tattoo for her birthday in November. Within a couple of days/week after the tattoo began to fade, talking color, lines, everything. Tattoo didnt need a "touch up", it needed to a "do over". I communicated with the artist and she asked that we take photos and send (which we did) and then come in so she could see it. When we made in to have them look at the tattoo, the very first question was to question the customer on what product was used to care for the tattoo?! We were told the tattoo needed to be "touched up" and they only do "touch ups" on Thursday & Sundays. Not when is it convenient for the customer, but when is it convenient for Tattoo Nouveau. "Touch up" maybe "do over" not so much, GREAT Customer service, NOT! My wife and I were cursed at infront of other clients and asked to leave! Asked to leave by the "owner"?? All I can say is "buyer beware", this place is a JOKE and have absolutely "0" customer service. What goes around comes around!!! This place BLOWS!!

I made an appointment on Saturday to get a tattoo on Thursday at 1:30. The tattoo artist informed me that the $50 was refundable, so I left one. On Tuesday I decided that I didnt want the tattoo. I tried going there at about 7:30 Pm and they were closed, so on Wednesday I went there at 12 and they were closed again. I tried calling at 12:14 and leaving a voicemail that I wanted to cancel my appointment and their voicemail was full. I could not find an email to send my cancelation to, so I sent them a Facebook message. I called on Thursday at 11:50 (they open at 12), and the owner said that I could not have my deposit back and that his artist would never tell me that it was refundable. He informed me that I was "mental" and that he didnt want to hear my problems and handled this very unprofessionally. I guess I should have known better when the female at the front counter sat there with her shirt completely unbuttoned and her bra hanging out that they are not professionals.

I had a very good first tattoo idea that I was thinking about for a very long time, but i was nervous because I didnt want a money grabber tattoo artist to be doing my tattoo and not having it turn out the way I wanted it. I was told about David and his shop through a friend and I was glad that I did because David and his shop alike are awesome! The shop is clean and wonderfully decorated and David is super nice and very patient. He took his time on making just the right design that would suit me and I couldnt be any happier with my tattoo and I get compliments all the time on how beautiful and well done it is. Never going anywhere else except here!!!

David, the owner, takes the time to get into your head to make sure the piece is something you really want on your body forever. Dave who runs the joint is definitely someone you want tattooing you. He takes the time to really understand the ideology of the tattoo you want. He will even suggest new concepts, making sure you get the best tattoo possible. I have two large pieces from him and all I get are compliments left and right. I have gotten two tattoos done from David, and I couldnt be happier with the results. Unlike most shops I have gotten quotes from he has a knowledge and takes his time to make things right. On my last tattoo he rocked out an amazing design that looks awesome on its own but is still able the be built upon. I personally give him 6 stars.

I dont trust anyone else with my skin. The shop is cleaner than a surgery room, but has a really warm and welcoming atmosphere. David really cares about everyone who walks in his door, and will do all he can to give you the best work he is capable of. The quality of work is miles above every other shop I have been into.
