First time there. Its very clean, smells nice inside. The pool table was a great idea! Play while you wait. Luckily I didnt have a wait. Got there at opening. Was looking for replacement balls for my bridge piercing. Got those free when I also bought a larger septum ring. Very knowledgeable about jewelry and gauging. Was treated kindly and as gentle as gauging can be. Definitely going back when its time again to gauge my septum.
