LaFontaines Clearance Center and Used Vehicle Center employees and management went above and beyond from the sales experience right through to the resolution of a mechanical concern that occured after the sale was complete. I want to let everyone know that Sam was a very personable sales consultant with an interest in deliverying the right vehicle for my needs. The finance manager Dave and Sales Manager both were very friendly and provided additional pre-sale advice and consultation. The Sales manager even provided additional price savings to me on the purchase to make the deal even better and helped me make up my mind on the purchase. After the sale John, the Sales Manager, was very understanding when a post-sale mechanical problem occured. As it turned out, the problem was a fairly expensive issue to remedy and John was willing to make it right for us by absorbing the total cost of the repair which allowed me to get my vehicle back with a complete and proper resolution to the problem and doing so at the operations expense even though the sale was for a used vehicle and had no warranty as such. To make things even better, this happened right before a planned vacation and Richard, another Sales Consultant, helped me find a suitable no-cost loaner for my vacation and thus saved my vacation plans in view of the time needed to repair.

They were great and friendly when they were trying to get sale. Once the sale was made communication SUCKED. Bought truck with a check engine light on was told it was just a relay and wouldnt reset. Ha nope its was not now causing other issues. I have to do a tune up. Spark plugs and drive belt and now because of this light I have to have a throttle body clean up done which they wont pay for. They are going to pay $200 for the relay light leaving me with over a $100 to pay. Keep in mind I have owned this truck 4 months

Drove 2 hrs said I was approved got there and 4 hours after I arrived no you are not approved they run my credit 27 times go somewhere else this place is a total joke I was at the fenton dealership not to mention they wanted to me switch to something I didnt want
