DO NOT ..I REPEAT ..DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! All the good reviews on this page Im willing to BET MY LAST were put up by the people who work there, friends and family...They are liars,unprofessional, And terrible business people...a few months ago they sold me a car and I have been trying to contact them since then. THE NIGHT i bought the car I told them being that I was ( At the time) 9 months pregnant I needed a reliable car and the guy NADER claimed to be the owners brother and promised that if anything went wrong the car that they would fix it and even tow it if need be..so I bought the car and it broke down 20 mins into driving on the highway. Mind you I had my other six year old son in the car with me ( Very Dangerous) ...I tried calling them the next day NO ANSWER... Kept calling and texting just for them to tell me its not their problem and hang up on me.. I had to get the car towed to where I live which was 2 HOURS away out of my own pocket..put another battery in the car and found out that the battery that was in the car was way too small for the car which made it to where the dashboard didnt work properly. once I bought another battery the check engine came on....Im sure they knew this was an issue and had I seen the light I would have NEVER bought this car....once I put the battery in I got the car to start but it wouldnt stay on so I decided to try to take it to the mechanic up the street from me ..drove it down the road and noticed it started to smoke REALLY bad to where the people behind me had to stop because they couldnt see ...by this time my infant was about a month old and could have suffered SEVERE lung issues as the smoke FILLED the car..I kept calling and texting these people telling them my situation just for the owner to tell me he didnt care and it wasnt his problem .. The police was called because the other cars thought my car was on fire.!!! Just tried to call them AGAIN recently to try to get my money back or at least a better car just for Naders wife to pick up the phone and tell me " WHO GIVES A DAMN ABOUT YOU AND YOUR KIDS!" these people are sick and despicable !! SO PLEASE let my hardship serve as proof that these people do not deserve to be in business ....my next stop is the better business bureau then if need be will have to be legal consultation.....PLEASE BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!! The fact that this place has soooo many people with similar stories , and one star ratings should be proof enough....

A first of mine purchase a 2005 Volkswagon Jetta two weeks ago from this dealer. The was sold and allowed to be driven off of the car lot without having emissions certification. The next day my friend attempted to get the emissions sticker, but the car could not pass. On her way to take the car back to the dealer it cut off on the highway several times. It was discovered the car has a bad transmission, which I sure the dealer was aware of what he sold her the car. Because of several misrepresentations by this dealer my friend does not trust doing any business with him and has requested her money back. She has not ever had possession or use of the car in almost two weeks because this dealer had the car towed to his be "repaired". He did not even offer her a replacement until the car was repaired. Who knows what else is even wrong with the car. This dealer surely cannot be taken at his word. He refuses to give her money back, but he claims "money is not important to him as having a satisfied customer." That seems to be another lie. My friend has to get a attorney to resolve this issue. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!! HE HIDES BEHIND THE ABSENCE OF A LEMON LAW FOR USED CARS IN THIS STATE.

A friend of mine purchased a vehicle from them back in September 2015. He just recently paid the vehicle off and has requested his title, due to moving out of state. These people will not answer their phones, text messages, or return any calls to him or myself. I dont understand how any business owner can own and operate a business and you cant or choice not to communicate when needed. This is truly an inconvenience because the vehicle can not be registered in the new state because they will not communicate about this title. I have never in my life seen anybody handle business in this way. The next step if the title is not received by the end of the week, will be calling the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint.

Went to see there o2 Ford Explorer XLS. They made it sound like the perfect suv. When I got there it was sitting in the back of the lot. Ding and scratches all over it. Driver side door will not stay open by itself. Interior lights all been removed says it has 4 wheel drive but does not work one of the doors keeps the door ajar light on in the vehicle thats why the interior lights out airbag light stays on AC doesnt work if you were looking for a good fixer upper with low mileage it would be a good vehicle oh and the rear passenger side window does not roll down. And they still want $3,500 for the vehicle. If I could get a half star or less that is what I would have done.

These people are bullshit. We saw a car that we liked and put it on hold for a week by paying a 100$ deposit that is "non refundable" BUT I ASKED THE GUY AND HE SAID THAT OURS WILL BE REFUNDABLE.. but things happened and we couldnt buy the car that week so we wanted our deposit back and the guy who said that our deposit WAS REFUNDABLE denied saying that and did not give it to us. THESE ARE PEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND NEVER TRUST MIDDLE EASTERN PEOPLE NEVER!!!! JUST HUNGRY FOR MONEY

Very unprofessional and lazy ownership. The guy who sold me my car took almost two weeks to fix a check engine light and when I came up to car lot at 11:30 am to check on my car , he was still sleeping. ( note they are open at 10am). Just shows how unprofessional and money hungry these people truly are. Please save yourself the trouble and go to a better car lot please.

I have been trying to contact this company ALL DAY. Nobody has answered the phone in over 30 attempts to reach this dealership. I stay in Clayton County and was willing to drive all the way to Buford to purchase a car but I cant even get in contact with anyone. This is unacceptable for a business. I see why the ratings are low

There are many dealerships out there that are terrible but not this one. I found a great car for a great price and the service was excellent. Georgia fine motors really lives up to its name. I will be coming here from now on to purchase all of my future cars. Ps ask for mr hany and you will be in great hands
