You guys have the worst customer service I have ever seen never have I ever had to go through hell with any other car lot until you all I called the day before my tag was about to be expired dmv in my town told me they could not extend I called back to this hell hole to get my tracking number or how they shipped it off the guy stated we do t have that info maam we sell such and such cars a month mind you its been 30 days so I went off next thing I know everything had been processed they should have done that in the first place you need to treat your customers better because the customer is always right no matter what but I have learned a lesson and will be telling all my friends and family not to deal with you all because the not caring attitude is ridiculous you all dont even have a direct number its like calling whoevers cell phone no manager I could ever speak with just nasty rude employees do better please

Bought a SUV from this place cash , and 60 days later title hasnt been process and temp tag expired. Called them they said ask DMV to extend , DMV stated that since the state cancelled the title then I could get an extension. I called them serveral times , and only the fax machine. Drove from duluth to buford after take a day from work and the mechanic said the owner was sick or out. Its a shame when a good person does right by a business as in no haggle , just bring cash and they decide to no honor their part. Now , im not comfortable giving any used car dealer cash for a vehicle. If it was a person to person sell the title would be exchanged. We have a honor system with dealers and we give cash assuming they will return title in reasonable time. Not the case here.

Do not buy a car here they say they will fix a car then they dodge you when something goes wrong with the car and they over charge from Kelly blue book value who is a big time list. My suggestion for a good used car is to search on there I will never purchase a vehicle from them my bf purchased a car and they refuse to fix it at a discounted price so unless you want a car you cant drive in less than a month go somewhere else you been warned! As for the people who still dont have their tittles my bf car broke down and he still dont have his tittle also it appears that the only way they are receiving 5 stars is that they are creating false accounts because the real people here are the ones with real last names

Its not a very reliable place after I gave them my money got real rude with my son and told him we cant fix this and that but before he took the money he said he will fix this and that thats very bad for Buisness they are some scam artist this rl is a 05 with a lot of lights on dash they said they can fix but now we cant fix everything such scam artist watch the owner he will tell you whatever to get money in his pocket dont be scammed make sure you check everything out with your car before you leave and if they say they will fix something put it in the contract paper because they will act like they forgot !! This place are scammers be aware all of there cars have high miles as well

Horrible I bought a car Cash Money Paid $10,000 for it a little over asking price and told Corey and the owner that all the Google reviews said that tag and title was our biggest issue I made them Shake my hand saying this would not happen yet here I am about to have my second tag extension expire in which case I can no longer drive a vehicle I have paid $10,000 cash for because they choose to use the money that you give them for taxes and dealer fee to go by other cars and Float them until the state absolutely forces them to give you their title if you buy a car cash do not leave without a title nice people just very dishonest

Joe is a slum dealer !!!! Sold me a car that has a lot of problems and had the nerve to ask for $3000 at first but then charged me $2000 and said I owe him three payments in the amount of $350 ! Why should I owe you $350 when the car has more problems then you thought it had ??? He tries to get over on you by saying the car is "as is" all they want is your money they dont care about nothing else ! Im already over $300 in spendjg to fix this car issues, DO NOT BUY HERE!

i bought car from these guys got a discount didnt make it home with the car, the car had no gas tank or caltic converter which is against the law in georgia, i sent letters as instructed the still are holding papers on the car and sent a fool w a trailer saying i owe money and he would repossess. i gave him 100 and found out i owe nothing, can i give no stars

Dont listen to these negative reviews! These people are extremely nice!! They helped me with a great car for the little amount of cash that I had. Gave me 30 days to pay what I owed for no extra charge. Its rare that people even right a positive review for a business and thats not fare. So, thanks Kar Kingdom, you earned my positive review!!

Have purchased many vehicles here in the past 3 years from both Lawrenceville and Buford locations. Joe and his family are very kind and helpful. They have even fixed things on one of my trucks for free even though legally they where not obligated too. Great people that are always willing to lend a helping hand!!
