My order was processed quickly, correctly, with excellent quality and customer service. I really like the fact that the staff is very knowledgeable in printing services. It sounds like an obvious skillset for a company that sells print services, but this skillset is missing in other companies that claim to be a print services provider. My request for a quick turnaround was not met with any resistance, just straight answers. Additionally, the pricing is very competitive and the staff treated everyone like a person. Your slogan "More than fast. More than signs." says it all. Needless to say I will not be shopping around in the future. Excellent Job!

What happened to this place??? We have been customers for 1,000 years. The owner used to take good care of us. Now he comes and goes and never says hello. Every project we submitted for the last few years has come back WRONG or DEFECTIVE. Jeff at the front desk is always polite but we are tired of the "oops, we screwed up - well knock off 10% OR well do it over" routine. Bottom line?? Our opinion is that they just dont care anymore. Oh well. One thing is for sure. There are 100 other sign stores in Farmington Hills that want our business. They cost less, and dont have attitude.

I would recommend this Fastsigns in Farmington Hills, MI. Not only were they professional but helpful as well. I was very surprised and happy when I received a phone call letting me know that my order was ready. Not only was it ready but ready before the "promised" time, my many changes I had made were done correctly! I had a very nice, easy and efficient experience with FastSigns in Farmington Hills, MI 48334. I work for a non-profit womens fundraising organization and we depend on companies to give us good service as we try to do the same with our members. We havent used the sign outdoors as yet but it looks sturdy so Im sure it will be fine. I would definitely work with this company again and highly recommend it.

Made an order on Friday, July 1st 2016 . They said it will be ready to be picked up on July 5th . I went on July 6th ( a day after they were suppose to be already done ) and they said they are working on other big projects ! Waisted 2 hrs of my time and drove 28 miles both ways. I asked for a refund and I will never do business with them again!

Completely messed up my sign .... Had to make 2 trips to pick it up because they used the wrong logo the 1st time and put holes in wrong spot to hang sign. Disappointed because they did the original sign that was damaged by a storm. You would figure they would have specs since they did entire office complex

Hard to find the place on Google but I am very glad that I finally did. Shopped around at several other stores and was completely dissatisfied. Not only did the owner have everything ready for me in record time he was also able to beat the prices I got elsewhere. Highly recommended no matter what you need!

These guys are GREAT! I have to admit Ive been to "other" FASTSIGN stores, but the service was not as good as the one in Farmington Hills. Theyve beat unrealistic deadlines and kept our sales staff happy on more than one occasion! I would highly recommend this store!!
