If i could give this location a negative rating i would. Visited here today with my toddler in one hand struggling with a giant box, nobody even cared to offer help. To make matters worse the clerk wasnt satisfied with the box the item was in and wanted to make me pay for stuffing (this item was prepaid by the manufacturer and didnt care how it was boxed as long as it was in one). UPS somehow has business and is able to provide many FREE items for their customers. This is why if i was offered a choice i would never go with FedEx i would ship through UPS. She couldnt even offer free paper or give me used boxes that are for throw away to fill the box. Nothing at all. So i have to drag this box and my toddler on my hip. Once again she didnt offer to help with anything. So sad that this is what the world has come to. One day she or someone that is higher up will be in my position and maybe then they will understand how to treat customers and human beings.

I waited for over 30 minutes to receive a "hello". The staff was then so incompetent I had to cancel my order hours later on the phone when they asked me to come BACK in to explain again how to do THEIR job. I created a document, with bleed and crop marks for them, that I needed printed and stack cut. The crop marks were baffling to them. Dont work at a print shop if you dont know how to print things.

I cant properly review this organization because I have only used the parcel pick-up & dropoff services when I order products online for free shipping (Walmart). But from what I can tell, the services they provide seem fair, depending on what you are sending and how. The building was pleasantly organized, cozy, and signs pointed everything out appropriately.
