I would like to give no stars because I ordered an arrangement for a family members birthday a month in advance and they called the person the gift was for and ruined the surprise. They not only had the day wrong, but also the month. The next month on the actual day the arrangement was to be delivered they were a no show because they had the day wrong again. When we called we were told they tried to deliver it, but no one was home. Once I told them someone was home all day waiting for the delivery they said were running behind, but we will deliver it tonight, but they were a no show again. Next day we called and we were told it would be delivered and again nothing. Day 4 we called, confirmed the address and was told it would be delivered. Guess what...Nothing. No delivery, no apology, didnt offer us our money back, or a coupon, nothing. I didnt ask for the money back because I was hopeful they would honor the business transaction and deliver the arrangement we paid for. We have yet to receive the arrangement and I cant imagine what could possibly be the matter. Even if they have too many orders to keep track of, my order was placed a month in advance and they have my money. Please dont order from this place. The customer service is awful, and it is very possible that you will never receive the arrangement that you paid for. What you will receive are excuses and lies.

I chose this location based solely on what I thought was the closest to me. I have a coupon book from a gift basket I received (from the Dearborn store) so I figured I would try it for a Fruit Salad. I told the young lady I had a coupon to try the Fruit Salad and handed it to her. She said she had to ask her manager how to process, she went in the back of the store and came back out and said ok. What size would you like, I said what size does the coupon cover, she says any! Give me the large then please. Midway through her filling the cup, her manager comes out and points to something on a piece of paper and then walks back. Doesnt look at me to say hello, how are you.........nothing, pretty rude. Anyhow, young lady goes to the register and then says, my manager says this is only good for a small, Ill only charge you the difference. I told her Im not paying the difference of anything you told me it was good for any size. She politely said I understand, here you go and handed me the salad. Im glad I didnt have to pay anything for it as I ordered Pineapple, Strawberry and Honeydew. The Pineapple has the core, not very appetizing, the strawberries are a variety of mush and new fresh fruit and the honeydew is not ripe. If I could give no stars, I would.

Completely disappointed! I ordered online the night before, with a specific pickup time of 10:00am. I walked in the store at 10:00am. Four people were standing around to greet me. I mentioned I was there for a pickup. "Of course let me get that right out for you". I spent 30 minutes waiting for them to prepare my order, while I was being assured every 3min that it will be right out. My kids were upset and I was extremely late. When I mentioned to the girl who finally brought out my order that I was unimpressed with the quality of service for $100, she just looked at me. I understand if they had been busy, but as I mentioned, four people were standing around when I walked inside. The reason I gave two stars is because the food may have been good and I feel it would be unfair to rate it low. However, the service left me with a really bad taste and its highly unlikely Ill order again

I will not be ordering from this location anymore. I thought it would be nice to send my grandmother an arrangement for Mothers Day. They called me on Thursday to confirm and find out a good delivery time, I told them 12 oclock. The Rep never stated a between time meaning it could arrive between 12 and 2. So today I called at 1 because I thought if a gave them a lil time it would come...nope! Not only was I on hold for 20mins they acted as though they couldnt find my order! Just called back at 2pm spoke with a manager named Aaron and he acted as if it wasnt a big deal that I was told by his rep at EA that my delivery would be made at 12! Give it about 30 mins he says...needless to say its 2:15 and still no arrangement for my grandma!!

Poor quality and extremely high prices. Paid about $80 for two chocolate fruit boxes. The bananas were mush and brown on the inside. The strawberries were dull in color and some were even rotten with mold on them! I returned the fruit and the prepared a new box. The new strawberries were about 1/3 the size of the molded berries. I would never return here nor would I refer anyone else to this company.

My daughter sent me chocolate dipped strawberries for Valentines day.. The strawberries were not ripe the tops were still white. She is a college student working hard for her money and it was wrong to send under ripe berries. The berries were flat tasting. They should of told her they could not get fresh berries and advise to send some thing else. $30 is allot to a college student.

Very expensive! But worth the trouble getting a personally crafted bouquet made exactly like in the advertising! Every bite was phenomenal to the last crumb. They seem to use mostly pineapple almost obsessively. I would hope you can customize your own boquet soon. Delivery is ridiculously expensive too, so I had a friend pick it up for me.

The process was easy quick and efficient. They even redirected my delivery after the surprise was off and a family emergency arose. Great job I even found coupons online to make by buying experience pretty reasonable. They saved the day as I waited to the very last minute to place a order for the following day. Thanks guys!

This was my third and final run in with this particular store. From them delivering my arrangement to the wrong address and poor customer service, to the attitudes and no empathy for their mishaps and inconveniences, this is the kind of experience that will truly tarnish a good product. Hopefully they get things together!

Loved the fact they made SURE my friend received her gift as soon as possible AND she loved the chocolate dipped fruit! We live across the country from one another, but it felt great to be able to send her a gift during a sad time in her life. Thank you Edible Arrangements. I would recommend your company to others.

This location needs to learn how to manage their time. Arrangements should at least be ready when a customer gets there or 5-10 mins early. Your arrangement should be waiting on you to pickup not the other way around. But on the other hand it was very nice arrangement.

The arrangement was excellent & it was enjoyed by all. Only complaint is that I was not able to receive the promo free arrangement unknowingly due to using a $6 discount coupon that was offered on the web site. There was not an option to choose when ordering.
