Got this delivered to me as a gift. I asked the deliverer to leave it on my door step as I was 10-15 minutes away but they refused and said they must get my signature. I called the manager and asked her to please tell the deliverer to leave it on my doorstep, who also refused my request. Ive never had any business give me this hard of a time about something so simple. I had my husband, who paid for the item, call and request that they leave it in our garage which he opened remotely, and they refused!!! Remember customer is always right and that rule was so minuscule that I was very surprised at the fact that they refused to bend as if to be spiteful. All the calling back in forth between the deliverer the manager and the payee...it left a sour taste in my mouth and I hope I never get another delivery gift from them again

My boyfriend sent me edible arrangements Monday for a late Valentines Day treat. He ordered the one with the bear, balloons, chocolate covered strawberries, strawberries, pineapple hearts and grapes. You could tell they were left overs. I couldnt believe how nasty the fruit was and how they even thought it was okay to try and sell!! I understand its the day after but you should ALWAYS make fresh baskets!! No matter what! What a waste of money! Only if I knew how to post a picture to show you how soggy the fruit was. I couldnt even eat the pineapple, they were see-through and changing color by the time I opened it. its a shame because this is the closest store to our house and my job.

Ordered an arrangement for same day delivery for my husband at his job. I requested that it would be delivered before 5pm, which is when they close. They delivered around 1pm and my husband was able to share the arrangement with his coworkers. He said that the fruit was fresh and delicious! I highly recommend ordering from this location, they offer fast delivery and fresh fruit, what more could you ask for?!!

My friends husband died so I wanted to send her an arrangement so. I knew she would eat in the days before the funeral. But it was the Friday before Mothers Day and they were only doing Mothers Day arrangements. I couldnt believe they are so limited in their service. I will never use them.

Mothers Day gift from my boys. Arrangement wasnt fresh. Fruit wilted. I called the manager and order was remade. It arrived promptly with chocolate covered strawberries added. Glad management handled this!
