Have been here a few different times with my significant other,and she likes alot of their products,and tea,but everytime we go the staff is very pushy,and overwhelming waiting for you to take interest in something so they can jump in and up sell,also showing you things,and products you have no interest in at all. Also trying to push every promotion they have. It really has given us a bad taste with their customer service. I mean a simple can we help you then you saying no thank you turns into a 20 minutes pitch,that is totally not needed. I think the girlfriend is going to stick to online shopping from davidstea. Sorry we tried 3 different occasions

They have very nice variety tea. However when you are ready to check out they will keep telling you they have good promotion going on and its such a good deal. I hate when they are doing that.

The tea was worth it and their summer deals were the best. But dont buy the cast iron kettles there theyre about $120.00 cheaper at DavidsTea or Amazon.
