PLEASE READ: I recently made an order over the phone for a meal I would pick up and deliver to an ill friend. Over the phone, AND in the restaurant, I was treated like I was an inconvenience. I also gave the woman at the cashier information about the order I placed (Since she didnt see my name on the list) and she replied "I know that" with an attitude that suggested I was stupid. IN ADDITION to being treated like my business was not needed or appreciated, my order did not show up on their list EVEN THOUGH I CALLED THAT MORNING (and the night before and talked to a Manager) TO DOUBLE CHECK! The reason I thought to double check, was because someone else I know made reservations for a large party, (Yes, same location) only to show up and have to wait an hour to be seated because their name wasnt on the list. It is as if the people taking phone calls are not in communication with the rest of the staff. I love Cracker Barrel, (their Country Fried Steak is boss) and am sad to give this location such a poor rating, but I have had a bad experience more than once, and feel it is my duty to warn those who plan on making orders, or reservations over the phone, and expect helpful service and fulfilled promises.

Ordered biscuits and when they arrived we had no small plates to eat them on. We asked for the plates and was told to use napkins because all of the plates were being washed, there were no more than 20 customers in the whole place. When the meal arrived the Cole slaw I ordered was slightly cooler than room temperature. When I brought this to the servers attention she told me that it was refridgerated. I informed her that this bowl wasnt and she offered to go get me some more out of the cooler, I dont know where the first bowl came from. This was the worst service by far Ive ever had at Cracker Barrel. Should have went to Longhorn like I had originally planned.

This is a good restaurant for southern comfort food. It unfortunate that everything comes frozen, then is heated and served. I like it for the chicken that they only serve on Sundays (the name slips me). Overall, if you are watching calories, they have them listed..and most things are HIGH (in calories). My family doesnt make a trip to Athens to eat here, but we may choose it occasionally.

U advertise the campfire chicken after the promotion has run out. FALSE ADVERTISING, not a good business decision. U need tighter control on ordering on last delivery before promotion ends. Hey what do I know. If I come back or tell anyone else about eating there I will ask if everything on menu is available. Thanks for reading this, but I dont think u will change.

they gave me a interview on December 12, told me I got the job. It is not January 18 and Ive been calling n calling and all they have been doing is stalling me and telling me they would figure it out . spoke to different managers . VERY unprofessional..!! I wouldnt want to work there now after I see how they run their business

Cracker Barrel is pretty much cookie-cutter, theyre all about the same. I love the food at Cracker Barrel. I like looking through the gift store but most of that stuff is priced too high. Ive always had good service at this particular Cracker Barrel. Even when we came when they were really busy the wait wasnt bad.

We had a great experience. Our server was a wonderful lady, Mitzi , who chatted with us about the game. She was amazingly patient when my little ones wanted to place their own orders and read even willing to help them. The food was a little slow coming but it was well worth the wait in both portion size and taste.

The staff is incredible and the longer you visit here the more you want to stay. Let this be the morning brunch hookup for your family and friends. Right around the corner the new theater and shopping center, and if your going to Walmart or Lowes youre going to need a full belly and a spare tank of coffee.

The best thing about Cracker Barrel, aside from the food, is the consistency. When I walk in a CB regardless of location I know Im going or get too flight service, food that flies out of the kitchen, and probably a glass bottle of soda for the road. This place is no different.

Cracker Barrel is a really good restaurant. They have delicious comfort food and many options to choose from. I also like the gift shop and the unique decorations there also. Unfortunately, the waiter we had wasnt a very good one and we waited a long time for our food.

The staff here is very friendly. Also you dont have to wait long to be seated or to receive your food. The food is incredible everything from House Salad to the selection of wonderfully cooked homemade vegetables n meats plus their homemade desserts are awesome.

Service has been bad here recently. Went on July 1 and was sat after waiting at the host stand for 5-6 minutes. We were at our table for 10 minutes and was never greeted by a server. We ended up walking out. I doubt my family and I will return to this location.

We were seated and left for 15 minutes without being served. Totally forgot us in the back corner, Sunday with the kids. We even asked an attendent for a waiter and still nothing, people before and after us were served. We will not be coming back!

This is a great Cracker Barrel. Best one since my younger days of road trips. I dont even like biscuits but couldnt get enough of the incredibly fluffy and flavorful biscuits at this location. The rest of the food was lovely as well.

Food was Luke warm. Potatoes would not melt butter. Limited items you can order on menu apparently they just have certain items on certain days. $2.99 for a glass of tea that was $6.00 for my husband and my drinks. Outrageous!

Normally the food at Cracker Barrel is tasty and fresh. Hopefully what I experienced today was rare. As we ate an early dinner or food seemed to have been leftover from lunch. Dried and tough meat. Polite servers.

I felt as if I was being rushed. The server brought the check the same time as the good and fidnt come back but one time to check on us, I had to ask another server for more drinks and other things we needed.

Outstanding service. Almost felt bad for the two nice older ladies at the next table because they were there before me and my food came out first. Maybe its hit or miss but always great for me.

We go here for breakfast often. Very good, but sometimes the food lacks consistency (eggs underdone or bacon overdone, too much onion sometimes in the hashbrown casserole).

Service was good. Food was ok at best. We went for breakfast and the eggs were cold. The hash browns were different then usual Not as good must have changed the recipe.
