We ve been to more than 20 Cracker Barrel all over the country, this one (store 528) was the only time we had a problem. The food is good (of course, we love it) but service not good at all. We were placing our order and asked the waitress if we could change our sides to something that didnt contein dairy , she said yes sure . So I choose 2 sweet potatoes and carrots and my husband choose to switch one of his sides to a baked potato.When we got the bill we were surprised that was an additional almost $5 added for the 3 changes. Both associate and assistent manager were not nice and wouldnt help all they did was saying the menu has changed in March and there is an up charge now. And if we had order drinks they could credit us back the drinks. So, there was nothing they could do. Finally after wasting a lot of time another man walked over and showed they how to take off the extra charges.

I will never eat there again horrible experience from the manager. We went there for my sisters birthday. My food was cold the manager heated it up and told me " it happens and this is not the real world" She was very rude. The manager walked up to our table and didnt greet us or anything. My grits had a nasty after taste i asked to substitute them for something else the told me "no if it they were hers she would have ate them", then told me "stuff like this only happen when YOU PEOPLE come here". She also said she was going to call the police not knowing my momis a officer. That was so racists and embarrassing. The manager kept coming over to our table saying "Im still not taking anything off or doing anything for you". I will never take my family there again. VERY DISAPPOINTED, HORRIBLE HOSPITALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Their special for the day was gone. We was told by the manager that the "country dinners" are available till 7pm and after that they stop making anymore. I ordered the buttermilk chicken breast. After about 20 min the waitress tells me it will be about 12 minutes more because they now make the meals fresh and not ahead. It was still actually about another 20 min on top of that. The mashed potatoes had chunks of potatoes that was not completely done. My husband had chicken livers that were way overcooked. They were hard with layers coming off. The waitress took our drinks off the bill. No apology was given by the manager until I said something to her about it. This is one Cracker Barrel we will never visit again.

From the start this visit sucked. The hostesses werent paying much attention and were goofing off the entire time I was there. Came in for lunch, gave them the name, 25 minute wait. Ok, thats fine. We waited for almost an hour. We went up to check on the process and found out they didnt put down our name. That was the biggest problem. The waitress was very nice, nothing wrong there. The food was served cool. The grits were disgusting. The biscuits are now flavorless. The broccoli wasnt fully cooked. So please fix how your hostesses present themselves and stop goofing off and do their jobs.

The food was good. Not great. The grits that came with my husbands meal was actually a solid mass. The french toast was extremely eggy and my sister in law had to ask for coffee every time. The waitresss helper handed me a hot plate and when I said something about it being hot, she said, yeah they are pretty hot. So I said it wouldve been nice to get a warning and she rolled her eyes at me.

Food was alright not amazing. Blackberry tea was just black tea with blackberry syrup poured in. Best thing was the multi Berry cobbler. Cashier rung up my bill with a $19.00 tip when the receipt clearly said $3.00 tip.... Took her, a manager and the franchise owner to figure out how exactly to refund my credit card the $19.00 tip which was a 20 min wait.

I have eaten at many different Cracker Barrels in different states and this one is by far the best! We didnt have to wait to be seated and our server, Stephanie D, was awesome! She was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Our food was hot and order was correct. If you ever have a chance to stop in to eat, you will not be disappointed!

Weak food flavors! Ive eaten here several times in the past nine years & didnt realize what I was meaning until I ate at the CB in Belleville, MICH. A lot of the foods here have weak flavors compared to other CB. The food is not bad here or at the other Toledo CB, but the taste of the food seem weaker than what they should be.

There food and service are always consistently good. I had the catfish platter with Turnip greens, macaroni and cheese and fried okra fir my sides. The only one I wasnt extremely pleased with was the okra, it was frozen, not fresh. In the area? Need a good meal thats reasonably priced. Go ahead and stop.

My husband is very a very picky eater and after having not so good experiences at other breakfast restaurants in the area Cracker Barrel pleased him. Everything at Cracker Barrel was prepared to his satisfaction, the server was friendly and got the entire order correct. Great Experience!

It was a cold morning. Hostess was going to seat us at one table; we noticed the table in front of the fireplace. The hostess was kind enough to let us have that table. Nice to have warm, comfort food, good company, and a roaring fire to make a dreary day into a fantastic day.

Consistently good food & service, & I travel a lot & have visited many Cracker Barrel restaurants for breakfast. My favorites are the Country Boy with a steak or Uncle Herschels with fried catfish fillets. Delicious! Only complaint would be no Wi-Fi...at least in Maumee, IN.

Horrible , the girl at the hostess table clearly does not know her job. Party of 13 and we asked to be split up 2 no 3 times and she continued to seat people parties of 6 ahead of us. Last time will come here and this was my first. Thank God they are all not run this poorly

Not as good as in past. floor had food on it. table was dirty nxt to us. service slow but nice waitress .it wasnt busy, we talked about how different it seemed from the last time we were there we always go to the Maumee location might rethink that go to Perrysburg next time

This Cracker Barrel is a very nice location that does everything right. Though it is laid out the same and the food is exactly like all the others, this one had all the right touches. The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly.
