Having never purchased anything from Edible Arrangements before, my first experience was a great! I found the website to be confusing and finding bouquets available the same day or next day hard. I wasnt picky but thought Id stop by the day I needed something to see if they had anything made up. They didnt ( probably because it was Mothers Day weekend) but someone greeted me immediately and offered to whip something up quickly. I chose something small and they said it would be 15 minutes. It was done less than 5 minutes later!!! Amazingly quick service. They are worth every penny because of their attention to detail and great service!

Terrible Service. Expected a delivery for Thursday - waited all day for it without getting a call. Later got a call saying they just left it in the hallway by the mailboxes (real smart idea since its food and someone is probably going to take it). They said they would deliver it again Friday around noon. Ive been waiting and then called to check on it and they said "Were swamped, it will be there sometime before five." Well I dont have time to sit and do nothing to wait for them to deliver the order that was supposed to be here yesterday. Would definitely not recommend this location!

I went to order some holiday gifts for work and for my friends. Also, I ordered my favorite fruit smoothie and nut lover salad some times. I really enjoyed these sumptuous chocolate dipped fruits. They are not ready for Nut Lover Prafait to make it, because they do not have yogurt. I rate this 4 stars.

Arrangement arrived early in the day, beautifully presented. Friends who received it loved it, said fruit was delicious and fresh. Ive sent several different Edible Arrangements to friends and family all over, and all arrived promptly, were all attractively packaged and delicious!

Save your money! I feel bad for my friend who spent a lot of money for my arrangement. The fruit had that "left in the refrigerator too long" taste and the chocolate got "wet" and feel off the fruit right away. It looked pretty, but It was very unappetizing.
