My family generally likes Cracker Barrel, but this location was surprisingly terrible. The staff is lazy, disorganized, and couldnt care less about the customers. We ordered the three normal family type dinners, and waited 35 minutes until the fool arrived. When the food finally arrived it was cold, and looked as though it had been slung onto the plates, between drags on a cigarette by the cook. We could not get a refill of coffee or water at any time. Other customers were having the same experience. One family next to us with small children, who were starving, nearly walked out. At the cash register we were asked "Was everything all right". I simply said "No". I was asked if I would like to see a manger, to which I replied, we will never come here again.

I had dinner at Cracker Barrel , Sunday night. Our waiter was very young, I believe his name was (Matthew). He was attentive and polite. He took our beverage order and was back in 6 minutes, and our food in about 16 minutes. The food was very good. I had Country Chicken and my companions had Roast Beef dinners. Al said food was great. The only problem was that the front north dinning section was cold. I had a sweatshirt on and I was cool. My companions wore their coats.I did ask to have the heat turned up..But never happened.. I still would stop there to eat.

I used love this place but it seems to have gone down hill over the years. My order of dumpling was very dainty but delicious. Both sides I ordered were wrong. We ordered 4 orders of biscuits and got half biscuits and half rolls. The kids Mac n cheese doesnt come with side. Its nearly $3 for a sliced apple. The atmosphere however is amazing. Especially on a cold winter day. Its super busy on Sunday afternoon as expected. They did handle the high volume well and our wait was reasonable.

The waitress said the soup of the day was beef vegetable soup but there was no beef in it, and we were told that they do not put beef in it so why not call it vegetable soup in beef stock? No protein for that meal. Then we couldnt believe they served us a biscuit that was half the normal size and like a rock , seriously?? Then I asked for 2 boxes and got one but it was an ordeal in the first place so didnt want to wait for another. So frustrating.

Food flavors are weak! Ive eaten here several times in the past 9 yrs & didnt realize what I was missing until I stopped at the CB in Belleville, MI. I then realized how CB food is suppose to taste. Both CB in Toledo area lack the good food flavor that CB is known for. The food here is not bad but not as flavorful as it should be.

Repeated needed napkins. Warm, fireplace felt great. Found it unbelievable, that the $16. steak dinner and turnip greens doesnt get any bread, really? Dinner should have bread. I commented, waitress said, sorry bread not included. Everyone else had bread..

Food was great, but... I was put on hold multiple times, called back multiple times, and when I got through the kitchen said the phone never rang until this last time. The other issues was time, a 15 minute pickup took 45 minutes.

I love this place. Never a bad experience here. Fireplace is warm on a cold day, on a Sunday, its great to go to after church and the shop is a fun place to hang out for a bit while you wait for your table or after you eat.

The wait on large groups of to go food is awful...worst in the area I would say. Food was great, they made no mistakes packing it all up except for wrong gravys on 4 of our 10 to go chicken special(Sundays)orders

Consistently good food and a good value. However, the signs for the restaurant were not visable from the road, making it very difficult to find. It was down a poorly marked road, behind other businesses.

Food was very good. Service was not horrible, but it wasnt excellent either. To be fair, it was busy when initially got there, but did clear out pretty quickly. I would go back and give them another try.

I enjoyed Cracker Barrel however this location is little complicated to get in and out of because of the separations of the east west Road in front but if youre a fan of Cracker Barrel this is a good one

I have dined here a number of times and if you like grits with EVERY meal, than this is the place for you. In all seriousness, I have never had an issue with the food or service. Always top notch.

Have only been once and it was a positive experience for my first time. Food was delicious, service was great. Plan on visiting in the future. Highly recommend going at least once to experience it.

A bit pricey for the kind of fare it is but the quality is above average. Another thing which is rare is that my entire family likes it. Please start a few locations north of the border.

Homestyle cooking. Service was ok. Access to the parking lot from the road isnt easy to find. It can be seen from I75 but access is off of Route 20 to the right of the Burger King lot.

Sucked, No Steak Knife/Used butter knife for a steak with no flavor, Forgot Croutons and Bacon on Salad, Waited 10 minutes on Ketchup and never got Ranch dressing for chicken strips

The food is good...but kind of bland. Id like eating there if you didnt have to wander through a garage sale to get to the restaurant. Big on "atmosphere"...but small on food.

Its okay. I like their peach pancakes, chicken salad, and their buttered Lima beans when theyre the veggies of the day. Some of their food is low salt food , too.

We ate at Cracker Barrel in Maumee, Ohio this evening. My vegetables & salad were very good but my shrimp & hushpuppies were very overcooked. Service was good.

As with Other chains a Cracker Barrel is about the same anywhere. Food is generally good and plentiful. A family restaurant. No alcohol. Great pie, though.

We were traveling and stopped for a quick bite to eat. That was the first mistake. 1.5 hours and we didnt wait for a table! Incredibly slow. Mediocre food.

Always good. Great wait staff, and never have to wait to long for your meal. After dinner, dont forget about the clearance corner in the store!!
