To those of you that have called during the frequent/ongoing AT&T outages, we do apologize. Since January, we have had problems with dropped calls on some of our phone lines. Most recently, we experienced dropped calls all day on August 16. February 13 - 15 we had major phone problems. This was disasterous, as this was during our busiest time. On Valentines Day, all of our lines were dropping calls, and we did the best we could to contact the hundreds of callers who were interrupted. We appreciate and value our customers, and do not "hang up" on them. We apologize for the perception of rudeness or disrespect, and are still working with the phone company to resolve these issues. p.s. Thank you Jane for alerting us to the comments on this review board, and speaking up for us positively. We try very hard to exceed our customer expectation, and receive many, many compliments on Linda, and all of our customer service staff.

I have ordered arrangements for years from Edible Arrangements. this is the worst location I have encountered. I ordered chocolate covered strawberries and was sending them for an extremely important occasion. I paid extra for day of delivery when I ordered them at 2pm and the website said I had 3 hours to order still on same day delivery. A lady called and talked over me the whole time telling me they couldnt deliver because the gentleman just left, and offered me a single balloon take make up for it. REalizing I was unhappy she offered 12 dollars in balloons, and this was not an occasion for balloons. She was nasty and talked over me the whole time. Its not my fault their site said I had three hours left to order still and that I should expect it to be delivered same day, I dont care if your delivery man gets back at 6pm, I expect what I pay for. I will never make a purchase at this location again.

Delicious, fresh and beautiful. WE are regular customers and usually order in advance. Last month, we ordered t last minute for a very special occasion. Coud not believe that they were able to create such a large amd beautiful bouquet on such short notice. They saved the day!!! Highly recommend this location.

I called to get hours and see if they were open on a Sunday, to see if I could pick up a gift basket in person. Linda answered the phone and when I started asking questions, she hung up on me. Not very customer friendly at all. Too bad, because I had planned to give them my business.

We ordered an arrangement for mom. They called her and told her a day before Valentines Day what she was getting and when it was coming. We paid all that money to surprise her and these people ruined it. What a waste of time, money, and energy! Never again!
