NEVER will I EVER use his store or company in the future!!! They delivered the box of fruit and was missing one piece, and the fruit that was in the box looked as if they dropped the box. I called the store to notify them and told me to send a picture of the box, I did they called me back and said that 1 the box was prepared to their standards. 2 if I wanted the piece of fruit that they did not put I would need to drive 15 minutes there and 15 minutes back to get 1/4 of a banana. 3 they spent EXTRA time preparing that box of fruit since they only had 6 orders all day long. Well if that was how it looked with extra time spent on it then I would hate to see how it would look if they actually had business. I wonder if their horrible customer service and their horrible quality has some correlation with their slow business!!!! I called their corporate office and they told me there was nothing they could do since each location is a franchise and all they can do is send a message to that store. Then she told me well try a different one maybe they will be better. No sorry I will not try a different one and take another chance of wasting money on their poor quality and poor customer service. I wish I could post a picture of what the sent and what their website says they will send.

Kamel for your review I apologized for the issue that occurred and tried to make it right, I apologize for your issue and I wish that you would give us another chance so we can prove to you that we care about our customers! We tried to make the situation right but it went through 3 checks during production and delivery. I apologize once again, but You declined all solutions we had for you so instead we gave a full refund. I continue to try to make our store the best at quality and customer service with everything that we do. I have many happy customers that come into the store and order often. I am sorry for the bad experience you received during the transaction you had! Thank you for the reviews I will try harder to make this store better

I ordered the 100.00$ valentines day bouquet a week before valentines day. I had horrible service but my girlfriend really wanted one of these delivered so i placed the order anyways. I was having it delivered the day after valentines day. I called in the morning to find out when it was going to be delivered and she imformed me that it would be after 4pm. That is just ridiculous! I told her i would come pick it up myself but she said it would take 3 hours to make. This employee was so rude to me and was quick to offer me my money back and get me off the phone. She didnt even want my business or try to work with me. I will NEVER go back there again and inform my family and friends to do so. HORRIBLE FIRST EXPIERENCE!

The General Manager Herb cancelled two of my orders without my consent. He basically refused to make any changes to my first order and decided to cancel it. He suggested that I allow him to run my card again and create a new order. I obliged and the day of delivery I called to check the status only to discover that he cancelled yet another order! After being hung up on several times I finally spoke to Herb and he became quite indignant and called me a number of racial slurs. I am totally mortified that these kind of people are allowed to do business and are employed by Edible Arrangements. Dont ever visit this location if you have an ounce of morality!

Dont order from this store if you dont want to feel frustrared afterwards... Terrible service! Placed an order the day before and the following day the order never came!!! Called the store and the answer was that the order was cancelled because it was an outstate order... Manager didnt care and made me wait over the phone while she talked with the owner and the conclusion was "we feel sorry about it and the best we can do is to deliver the order the next day when it was only 5pm and they close the store at 7pm" Bad really bad service!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The screwed up my order and then delivered the arrangements without the greeting cards or any message. The recipients received the arrangements not knowing who they were from. Doesn’t that defeat the point of the service being provided? Luckily they were clients and I was able to figure out what happened. I asked for the owner or manger to call me and they brushed me. I filed a complaint with corporate and I WILL NEVER USE THE DEARBORN HEIGHTS STORE AGAIN.

My dad is a man of few words however, he cant stop talking about what a great gift this fruit was! He said it was some of the best tasting and most beautiful fruit he has ever had. Delivery was right on time too! I live 17 hours away from my dad and having a gift delivered always seems to impersonal but this time, I found a winner! I will definitely be using this service again. Thank you Edible Arrangements for making my dads Fathers Day so very special.

I ordered the small Fall Harvest bouquet for my Aunt as a HUGE thank you. She was overly excited and pleasantly surprised when she received it. She said it was absolutely beautiful and the fruit was amazing! Thank you so much for helping me to give my Aunt a big huge "Thank You" and putting a special smile on her face! The customer service was unbelievable there to good to be. True. They help you with everything you dont have to do much trust me Im the type of guy who very picky and cheap but this stores location helped me with #Free delivery to my wifes New Job shes going to be super excited because this is something New Im stepping out of my Box after 10years just to show her my appreciation for her Giving her life to me.

The delivery never arrived, never got a phone call saying it didnt get delivered and I was told 2 different storys as to why it didnt get delivered. I still had to pay for the delivery fee even though I had to pick it up from the store. Also, I didnt know half an apple, half a banana, 2 strawberries dipped in storebought chocolate cost $40. I learned my lesson to go else where... Hopefully you will too!

The staff is absolutely wonderful and will go out of their way to make sure you get everything you want. They offer same day delivery which is really convenient for a last minute gift, and they have balloons that can make an even bigger impact when sent out with a fab arrangement. Would recommend the hazelnut chocolate bananas and the caramel apple add ons.
