Simple, logical store layout. Im hoping this location doesnt undergo the expansion many other Kroger stores are doing, I like being able to go in, make a quick pass through the store, and leave with a weeks worth of groceries in 15 minutes or less. Items often go out of stock. I know thats bound to happen, but I see it very often at this store. Stocking staff tends to get in the way a lot, blocking aisles with their carts and not seeming to make much effort to make way for the customer. The refrigerated section seems to be in a perpetual state of stocking. U-Scan staff is unreliable at best. They will leave customers waiting for items to be approved while they go off and deal with issues elsewhere in the store. Recently I bought razor blades. The u-scan attendant took several minutes to finish scanning coupons before she was able to remove the security device for me, but then forgot to enable me to continue scanning items, and went over to the customer service desk to deal with another problem. 7 minutes before she returned, myself and 2 other customers waiting, unable to proceed. This is not the first time the u-scan attendant has left her station for several or more minutes at a time with customers waiting to be helped. Employees like to carry on loud conversations with each other, sometimes even shouting across the store. Im all for having fun at work but I also dont like to have someone shouting in my ear as I walk past them. The u-scans themselves have an annoying habit of locking you out and automatically calling for assistance for no reason that ive been able to determine. Ill be scanning my items, and itll stop me and say an attendant has been notified to assist me... then I have to wait for the attendant to clear it before I can continue. Incredibly frustrating when the attendant is nowhere to be found. Customers driving through the lot are impatient. This isnt the fault of the store, just a warning - watch out. They dont like to wait for you to cross, they will nearly run over your heels as you walk.

2 times in a row I had at least 2 bad items of fresh fruit. The strawberries and the raspberries BOTH had mold on them. The containers of mixed greens SEVERAL times have been bad with a lot of the bottom and some of the middle soggy and slimy. This last time and trust me will be the last time I shop here, I went through the self check out it says cashier has receipt, guess what cashier doesnt have receipt she gave it to someone else! She gave some other person my credit card receipt with my name on it! Really? Now if she would have been a new cashier I might have been a little understanding, however this cashier has been here for a long time and seemed very absent minded! She was not paying attention to when people needed help, like when the machine randomly says cashier has been notified to help you. Thanks, so now if I do have bad produce (which I was planning on returning this time) I cant bring it back cause I dont have a receipt. You know what the issue was, out of paper, really? In all my past jobs when the printer paper ran out we changed it! Seems everytime I visit this Kroger in Davison it is one thing or another..... Time to find a new store. Oh and did I mention the manager on duty didnt know how to reprint it?!?!

Like store as a whole. However, I suggest the Mgr stand in front of store at cash registers and really look at their employees. Look at their appearances. Grubby, disheveled, unkempt clothes. Men and women both. Young and older. Does any of them look in the mirror before they leave the House? Their hair is a wreck. Hanging everywhere. These people are handling our food. You need a meeting about personal appearance. They look a mess. They represent your company. Work good, appear slovenly. Pull up your pants, tuck in the shirt, brush the hair. Facial hair is fine, but keep it trimmed. Thank you. I am off to Meijers.

I shop here only once a month now for the handful of items I cannot get elsewhere. The parking lot is horrible, the design is a fail. I have to lay on my horn to avoid getting hit everytime. The aisles are blocked by employees, huge pull carts, boxes, and employees restocking throughout the entire store. You cant even get to merchandise you want to purchase, let alone get down each aisle. Why they dont restock at night is beyond me.

Almost every time I go to this store they are out of my childs baby formula. Whats the point of shopping at your own convenience when they are out of the item you need most. Also I spoke with the manager and she said she could order more. I just dont understand why they didnt do anything before when I had the same issue. Its called customer servuce, that is your job!

Ive never been to a Krogers and had as terrible service as I had today. I will never shop here again. A certain person behind the service desk was so rude, it was unbearable. I cant believe they have such rude person like that working the customer service desk! This person was surly a shame to the the customer first Kroger logo.

Rating is mens restroom specific: pungent urine stank; nauseating; pre-plumbing foul; judging by the odor, it is entirely possible the employees gather pee in a mop bucket and use it to clean with; purchase and insert a catheter to avoid the pain of entering this smell hell

They have good selection and pleasant staff. I especially love their take and go sushi station. The staff that prepares the sushi are very friendly and make sure you like what you get. They also have a good selection of health food products.

Im new to this store, that makes things difficult to find but every store associate has been beyond helpful some even taking me to the site I need. Im thankful this store is located close to my new home and grateful for their courtesy.

The parking lot is a nightmare. Last year my husband was hit twice just walking to our vehicle. People dont pay a lick of attention. Other than that the store is clean, nice employees, always great deals
