Since FT opened we have been shopping here a couple of times a week. Their prices are better than Whole Foods on most things, its easier to get in and out, and they really do have a few items that I absolutely love. The problem is that they are sooo poorly stocked all the time. I love the pretzel rolls and the pretzel sticks found in the bins next to the bagets. The problem is, that they only actually have them 1 out of every 10 times we stop in there. Ive asked employees over and over and they either give me the runaround or have no clue whats going on. I go in there last week and believe it or not, they just cracked open a pack of the "pretzel" hamburger and hot dog buns and threw them in the bins, all while charging the same price. The next time I go in there they removed the bins altogether. After making multiple suggestions and writing complaints for their drop box, which of course I never got a response about they just get rid of a product that not only I want, but other people as well keep asking about. Same with the rotisserie chickens, the baby arugula packages, and a whole list of other items that a lot of people in the area come here for. I dont get it. YOU ARE LOSING CUSTOMERS because of the management. I still shop here regularly but it seems to be getting worse. Im really not a picky customer but I really want to like this place and continue shopping here. Please get it together. It had to have cost millions of dollars to open this location, and its going to be a shame if you go out of business because you refuse to acknowledge your customers needs!

Good selection of some foods. But there are serious issues. First, this company is not racially diverse: over 90% are white. The general manager and his assistant have gone out and hired mostly their own friends, a bunch of white folks. There is only one Asian and a couple blacks working there. My guess is just to paint the facade with a touch of color! Second, their pizza is always old or drips the sauce. This is how bad it is. One employee put an old and cold piece of pizza back in the oven and then handed it out to me!! Health department inspection will not pass. Watch out Fresh Thyme. Third, their salad bar and the olive bar are filled with old food, and around them is always dirty looking. Fourth, they dont listen to suggestions at all. Fifth, The GM is a poor leader who cannot bring about positive changes. I would not recommend supporting a racist company. Over 90% white in such a diverse community? Its obvious that Fresh Thyme is not committed to diversity. Need I say more?

I was going here frequently since theyve opened. Hadnt had a problem until recently. Bought a dinner that was pre made but to be cooked in an oven. It was 11 dollars. It was tasteless and the chicken was dry. That was my alternate choice because I actually came in to try one of the rotisserie chickens, unfortunately, I came around 3 pm, and they STILL had the chicken from 11 am out. With health safety in mind (should be 3 hours maximum), you must stay on this if you proclaim to be a healthy, natural food market type of store. Disappointing when you spend more than you make and the meal is inedible. One good thing is the front staff. Great crew, but food wise...Learned my lesson! They also never have the machines on to scan your loyalty card, shouldnt have to ask the cashier to do it. Ill keep trying to see if they improve, but sometimes stores dont work because the staff is too lazy to do their job (like check the hot food times...)

Watch the ads or get the app. Weekly produce specials are really good some meat deals as well. Vitamin/ Supplement section is pretty good . the lady who works evenings is well informed on their products . both function and how they are produced.Staff is friendly. Isles are narrow for the amount of customers. Fresh thyme has been busy every time I go. Large parking lot ( they need it) I am handicaped ,they have Amigos but could use a few more.( Ive had to wait over a 1/2 hour and Ive had to come back due to lack of carts. )They have a restroom. Good selection of bulk foods ,grains, flours, candy, nuts, fresh honey, peanut and other nut butters. They have a salad bar, some hot food ( rotisserie chicken, pizza etc) antipasto bar, butcher counter. Eating area. Ads overlap on Wednesdays ( just like Luckys Thursdays)

I didnt really like, it looks big from the outside but is pretty small when you get wall in, selection is kind of limited, just stopped by to get some celery and green onions, they only had organic celery which is fine but it didnt look good and it cost way too much, they either where out of non organic celery or dont carry it, the vegetable selection was small, so was about everything else. Prices on on some things were fair, others not. I only gave it 3 stars because Im glad to see a grocery store get built in the area for people with limited transportation but it could use some work on the stock they carry, need more selections of fresh vegetables, meats, and non perishable. I wont return with Meijer and Kroger being about 5 minutes west from this location.

Very disappointed in the fruit. The very first time I shopped there I was excited to see raspberries. I ended up without any because many of them were moldy. I recently bought a cantaloupe in which I waited a few days to cut to give it a chance to ripen in case it wasnt ready when I bought it. Well, its hard as a rock with no juice or flavor at all and yesterday I threw out their strawberries because, even though I picked out what looked like the best ones, they were hard, flavorless and had almost all "dimpled" overnight. They need to do better, especially since we have 2 Whole Foods, Plum, Luckys and Trader Joes all in the area. Quite frankly, Ive gotten better fruit at Kroger and Meijer.

A very disorganized store. Poor employees and supervisors attitude. Not culturally diverse; mostly white staff. Really? Its obvious the owners must not care about racial diversity. Closed to other cultures. Horrible pizza and no training on how to make pizza properly. The store manager didnt even offer an apology to a man who was.mistreated by a staff. Managers have poor communication skills. Poor timing on making pies. Not enough napkins. Old food in the salad bar. And much more. Low grade operation now. Needs a new professional and older manager who can shake things up. II spent almost $400 a month there. No more. Sorry.

The store overall is great. Their deli sandwich making needs some work. Ordered two hot sandwiches. The outside wrapping was horrible...should have known from the start. Ordered the pesto grill chicken, dont get it...they slater a thick layer of goat cheese and not hot at all. Then the flying pig sandwich had a bunch of meat which was awesome but wasnt hot so that ruined it. No thanks, never again. Ill come back for the fruits and vegetables.

The good: Often have great produce deals. Also, Lamb tends to be cheap here for whatever reason. The bulk foods selection is pretty good too. Staff seem friendly. The bad: Fresh Thyme is a bit of a misnomer. The meat is almost never fresh. Ive bought food for dinner the same day and had the meat be bad. The produce also tends to go bad quickly. I use the store to buy groceries for immediate use, but not for my weekly shopping trip.
