They have some nice stuff there, but completely over priced for a thrift store. The staff is rude. Was in there today with my daughter who was playing with a rubber bat and one of the workers came up to her and tried to take it out of her hand stating "let me have that, it is not for sale its just decoration" it took everything in me not to just blow up on the lady. At checkout the women behind the counter was pissy because I chose not to buy an item that she had already scanned before hand putting it aside and saying I am not going to purchase these ( not my problem). I will not be going back here. Id rather make the 45 minute drive to canton where the stuff is not so pricey!!

Im a reseller and this goodwill has amazing finds, I go here very often. But I feel they need better staff the ladies that work here are not very courteous at all and it looks like they dislike children. I was followed around the store, by one of the employees and was told how my son was messy and how he shouldnt be touching anything, mind to you he was in the cart. I feel very unwelcomed. They have a bad attitude when you ask about pricing. And ask questions about there sales, almost like saying your not allowed in the store, with your autistic child and hope to god that you dont have a coupon because it feels like there personally losing the percentage instead of goodwill.

I am reading some of the comments, and I can tell you the staff are great, Iv been a loyal customer since they opened the store in commerce, and never had issue with the employee they are always saying hi, how can I help you.. I mean they are nice, and I remember their names, Esteelie, Gayle, Elizabeth, tiffany, Gaylord, and Mary they all are nice very professional, and always helping me out to get my stuff. I gave them A+++++I shop everyday there, and she prices went down I can tell, and i love it, because this mean I get to shop more. :)

Ive visited most of the Goodwill stores in the area and Im often impressed with the merchandise and staff at Commerce but highly disappointed with the pricing. Ive even noticed several clothing, furniture and electronic items with all white tags, which means that these items will never be included with sale pricing for "colors of the week". I find this to be very disappointing. This stores prices are not comparable to the other Goodwill stores like Livonia and Ypsi, who have great staff and prices

The customer service is HORRIBLE. Great store but I will simply never return because of the workers. They wouldnt let us into the fitting rooms to try on ONE shirt because it was 5:46pm (14 minutes until 6:00pm close time) and their "rule" is that dressing rooms close 15 minutes prior to close. We stated it would take less than 2 minutes and all three of the workers in the store were unbelievably unpleasant and denied us. Awesome choice Good Will, lose the sale and our business. Happy Sunday.

bought some nice stuff to goodwill but the girl went threw what they wanted, and said that other clothes needed to be bagged in order to take? ok ? all of it was folded etc.. shopping there is ok, seem that the stuff they do have behind the glass is way out of price...as it goes for they clothes ..I took them to another place they seemed very happy to take the clothes...in the end this place is the last to shop at.

This Goodwill has taken the idea that somehow theyre a full-on retail store. With 5-10 year old electronics and computer software marked up 5x-7x actual value. On rare occasion, deals can be found, but it seems as if they use eBay as a price guide. Laughable prices.

The prices are outrageous. Example, a 4 made in China coffeetable was priced at $180! Who is buying that at a thrift store? Furthermore, who prices a table that high that was DONATED? The best part is that the table wasnt even that nice.

Tried to make a donation and they wouldnt take anything I brought such as linens, Christmas items, walker, aquarium with stand, tents, etc. Waste of time loading all this up and driving out here, never coming here again.

They make it easy to donate with a drive-thru and computerized receipts, but the store itself does not always have a huge selection (mainly clothing) compared to other thrift shops in the area.
