This was the worst experience i have ever had here. I used to love going here. The cds didnt have any discs in them, therefore, i could not get them. Darletta rang me up. Let me start by saying i have worked in customer service for many years, and this is not how a worker should be acting. She should not be able to work in customer service. She threw my items into my bag and had the worst attitude i have ever witnessed. She even forgot to give me the 50% off on certain tag colors. Why even have deals when the cashiers wont even give you the deals. I used to love coming here but after this experience i dont know if i will be returning.

Like any thrift store, there should always be a fairly well-sized section of household goods and clothing. This Goodwill store does a fine job at this, but while there are wide spaces to go through, it is messy in some spots (i.e. book section), especially with television sets being scattered around (and also on the floors). We (my mother and me) bought only one item (sunglasses), but we were helped out by a nice lady who also helped me out with looking for some video games.

I have always taken my donations here, one frustrating experience!!! I call A2 goodwill and canton goodwill Im between the two. A2 says were not taking anything after 4:45p. Canton says 5p I made it with 7 Mintutes to spare and they sent me away rudely! Waving his hands and shouting were closed were closed as I was backing in and he was just finishing up the last donations beside me!!!!!!! Not thrilled! I HATE WASTING TIME shoot and gas⛽️

Prices where extremely high for donated items.. I was very confused as to why. I remember seeing a stack of four plain white plates being sold roughly $2.00 less then what I couldve spent at a supermarket for brand new ones. Not to mention, I could pick plates with a more appealing design. I think this store needs to be investigated on their prices. Seems to me theyre charging extra based off the median income of canton residents.

Horrible customer service from both associate and manager. Did not honor goodwill price stickers on items and were extremely rude and offensive.... how do you have the name goodwill? Will steer people far away from here.... worst place ever the associates name is sharmein and mgr is Michael. Quite a disservice to the community

Horrible staff, I am person who doesnt look for prize nor varieties of products in a charity shop. The drive that comes to us to buy the articles is just to contribute to the charity which is spoiled by the rude and lethargic staff. I expect the staffs to be more helpful, gentle and enthusiastic towards their job.

Conveniently located on Ford Rd; however, I was disappointed in the laundry list of items the will NOT take. My most recent visit contained items they wouldnt accept, like stereo speakers. One of the staff even suggested I go to the Salvation Army, because Goodwill is so restrictive.

Prices are outrageous! I see items that are marked higher then what they can be had for in the store where they are donated from or on the web (used or new condition) from places like ebay or amazon! Whoever does their pricing needs a reality check!

Went there for childrens clothes and walked out with a wide range of gorgeous name brand little girls outfits at low prices, some even with retail tags still attached. Place was well kept and organized.

The black clerk is prejudice and I do not shop while she is there. She doesnt greet customers or make eye contact. She doesnt even acknowledge me. Should be replaced. Disrespectful and unprofessional.

I dropped off some decent quality stuff yesterday (24 Aug 2016, 4:30 PM) and the fellow who stood and watched me unload my vehicle (wouldnt lift a finger) made it pretty clear he hated his job.
