You have to love the BS anyone can comment here things. I have new watches that are not waterproof , that means dont get them wet or they will get water in them asshat. I have been dealing with The Cash Exchange for year. Its a PAWN SHOP, not Sears or Pennys. Your buying used things at used prices. Get over it. They give you two weeks to exchange it for something else or store credit. No Cash back.The Cash Exchange is the ONLY Pawn Shop that does that. ALL OTHERS is "AS IS" , "NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES" "ALL SALES FINAL".. As PAWN SHOPS go, The Cash Exchange is a 6 Star place.

These people are shameless scumbags. An expensive item of mine was stolen and traced to this store. These guys sold it to someone, and that person was willing to return it to the store so I could buy it back. These douchebags would not cooperate. Why? Because they made money on the sale and didnt want to give it up. So rather than do the right thing and get the item back to me, the proper owner, they wouldnt cooperate. Beware these greedy bastards, they will screw you over in a minute for five bucks.

These guys are great! I am quite unfamiliar with the whole pawn shop thing, but went shopping around and they gave me 110% more cash than any other shop in the metro area would pay me for my ipod touch, no joke. If you have something to sell, dont waste your time at Zeidmans or American Jewelery and Loan, they advertise the hell out of the fact that they pay more than anyone but are actually quite rude and out to rip you off. I cant reccomend The Cash Exchange enough!

Buyers of stolen goods I found all my stuff that was stolen and they were not very happy or helpful in processing the paper work just so I could buy it back. The guy They bought it from has sold them bunch of stuff all year long. I asked if this guy comes in again would the still buy stuff from him since now you know he is selling stolen stuff and the manager helping me said yes we would because we dont know that that stuff is stolen

Terrible. They offered me 300 for a loan on my M1 Garand that is in immaculate condition. That gun is worth around 700-1000. He was also completely rude and cocky to me. To add insult to injury he wouldnt budge on the price, not even a damn dollar. If you want to get ripped off and treated like an idiot go here. If you want good service go 5 miles down the road to motor city pawn.

I couldnt be more satisfied with my experience them. I brought in a high end item that to an unexperienced eye might look ordinary. I was anticipating being low balled when I told the staff what i was hoping to get for it. To my surprise and great delight he instantly knew what I had and gave me what I asked for . I was in and out in no more than 10 minutes with cash in hand.

Garbage employees with tough guy attitudes.. Had one guy try to start a fight because his coworkers didnt know their own policies.. Called and asked if theyd buy something and they said yes.. Got there, they said sorry cant do it.. Learn your business please.. Oh and dont act tough to customers, thats just plain stupid.

Obviously they are going to offer you less than your item is worth, otherwise they would not make a profit. They are just like anyone else and need to make money. I think most of the negative reviews on here are from crackheads that dont understand how a business is run.

I brought them a watch to change the battery in and after I got it back and washed my hands my watch got wet and foggy inside. They said it shouldnt have gotten wet. Its regular wear and tear. My dad wants to regularly tear me a new one now. Thanks jacka$$es

Ive been doing business with these guys for many years, going back to late 2003. Compared to the majority other pawnbrokers Ive visited in the local area, I have absolutely no complaints about them as Ive always been treated with courtesy and respect.

happy with the purchase,didnt need all the drama on gunbroker,because i said the gun was a little dirty. (gave them a 5 star review). i guess these pawn shop people just have attitudes. . never deal with again just a bunch of turd polishers.

They always give good money and go 3 months at a time annnnnd still give a 10 day grace period. On top of that if you give them a call they will wait for another couple of days after that!!! Also, they are always very pleasant.

I give them 5 stars. Pretty fair prices. There attitudes reflect those who have to deal with a lot of scumbags all day. Understandable, but still unwelcoming. Thats the only complaint I have.

Was gonna do a trade on some items acted like wanted to do it an then said when he wanted cash too. Which my item was very high end an I was losing already. So did not trade handled poorly
