First 2 times I went here, the younger guy with the red hair was very nice and helpful. But when I went here again earlier that older guy that was there, no offense, he was very rude and sarcastic. When me and my friend walked in, he asks a dumb question like "You here to play some guitar?" I ignored him but I was thinking like "Um, this is a pawning place so wth do you think Im here for?. I know he was probably just kidding. But dude, there guitars in the damn place so its pretty obvious Im pawning/selling it. Then he was still being rude when I was at the counter and he was looking at it. As soon I got my money and me and friend left, Im like " Damn other times Ive been here theres nicer people" Just saying theres way better employees to sell stuff with then the guy that was there last time. An actual jerk.

They have a great random selection of items but that wont stop them from selling you their dumpster bound trash. I purchased three bicycles from them in one day, when I brought the bikes out to Riverview to go onto the trail the front tire on one of the bikes blows out riding over a bump, I then had to run the bike three miles back to the parking lot. Not to mention the seat wouldnt stop swiveling. I asked about their return policy which of course doesnt exist for, "..something you could easily break and say that you bought it that way.". With my cash in their pocket there was no desire to make it right just a pious response. That being the case I wont return to purchase an Xbox One sitting on the top shelf or any of the decent musical instruments.

Yesterday, I got a broken DELL computer from this pawn shop. The computer behaved very weird. The sales person told my son "If you can connect to internet, everything is going to be OK." That DELL computer looked quite new, so I paid $110 for that broken computer. Sales person told us "If you have any problem, you can get full refund within 30 days." That night, my son found out that computer did not function at all. Today I took that computer to the pawn shop to return, another sales guy accused me "You are the one who broke this computer!" After they sold a broken computer purposefully, they accuse customers for their broken computer they sold.

I went in to Southern Pawn on a whim to look for a piece of pandora jewelry that ment the world to my little girl... Not only did I find it but I found other similar items. The owner and staff wad beyond helpful...they were more than willing to make sure I was happy with what I was purchasing and make sure that what I went in specifically for, was priced to make someone small incredible happy. It was really nice to have someone willing to take their time to make sure that they could do whatever they could to make me happy leaving there.

I bought a pair of Diamond Earrings from this store and they are beautiful. The price was amazing and they were practically brand new! Better yet, I didnt pay ridiculous markup from a retail store. The staff was beyond helpful and I noticed every Customer that walked in the door was greeted immediately. Says a lot! The Manager, Kevin was very hands on with his staff and ensuring the Customers were well taken care of beyond expectations. I will shop here again!!!!!!!!!!!!

Would give less than one star but thats not an option. Salesman didnt know what he was doing and changed his mind on buying brand new unopened DVDs after he said he was interested. He couldnt find the main item I was selling and told me it had no value. Interestingly enough, I had done the research before I went in, so I knew what to expect value wise. I found the item I was looking for online and went to the store to check it out. Staff was polite and prompt to assist without pushing to make a quick sale. We fairly negotiated the price and I purchased the microphone kit which turned out to be in very good condition. I walked out a happy customer and would definitely shop there again. Thank you!

This place has a little of everything! Staff is fair and knowledgeable. I had brought in 2 items to sell, not knowing they were antiques. They advised me to hold on to them, which I did. They were more interested in me not making a mistake, than profiting on my lack of knowledge, which is pretty rare now a days.

Love this place. They were nice enough to take an old necklace an put it towards my purchase on top of being nice enough to let my son play with the skateboard without getting upset. Jeremy was helping everyone and was very nice and respectful. I WILL BE RETURNING IN THE FUTURE! !

Was looking at a Sears Craftsman ATV lift that they had for $99 and if you took their survey they would give you 15% off. Took a moment to think about it and when I went online I found out I can buy the same exact model at Sears for $99 brand new. They need to revamp their pricing

Worst service. Liars. Will lowball hard. Dirty and loud. Run by a bunch of 18 year olds. Florida Gold and Pawn is much better. Give them your business instead.
