Awful place I just came from there was trying to get my money back from this game system I put on lay way for my son, well the old man behind the counter said I couldnt get my money back instead of offering a solution he was kind of a jerk an said we had only one of those and decide it to sell to you we could have sold it to someone else ,also when I told him I was told I could get my money back because I made sure I ask that before I put it on lay away they said yes now is a different story ,well dude keep the money you bunch if crooks anybody makes money like that ,this is first and last time I knew I should have went to pawn shop, or American pawn shop they have never done me wrong and they are clean everything is organized it doesnt look like a junk yard.

Horrible pawn shop the people are really shady they have no business being a pawn shop they only buy high end items at low value go elsewhere the reviews are right.I brought them two pairs of us divers flippers for scubba diving.a police light.a tap out lightup working good condition bar hanger.a tazer working of course.2 ps3 games.and a police magnetic working light.they treated me like I was dirt laughed at me and told me my stuff was too old.wouldnt even look at what I brought in at first.I told him he was very rude and left.these items are worth over 100 dollars and I just need a loan for 5 or 10 dollars for gas and they laughed at me and sent me out the door.I live right by them and will never buy or sell anything to them again

These guys are pretty fair when it comes to giving you a loan . They used to give me a hard time and try to lowball but as i got to do more and more business with them and they were able to know me better they have actually got me out of some jams with the loans i request . even more so when i am in a jam and cant come back to pick up my Playstation Vita ( A regular loan ) and it becomes 2 months overdue but they give me the extra time i need to get cash together before attempting to sell it. Because of this i will continue to do business with them. if anything changes ill be sure to update , until then thanks orange pawn:)

Wish I would have read the reviews before bothering to step foot into this place, I walked in with merchandise in my hands. The bald man behind the counter on his laptop didnt look up even once, and the other larger man working behind the other counter was too busy to walk away from the man holding a guitar that he couldnt even buy from what I overheard of their conversation, to help me. So I stood around like an idiot for about 2 minutes before walking out! Maybe my merchandise wasnt of interest to them, but they could have at least told me that rather than letting me stand there!!!

Dont bother... This place has A LOT of cool stuff, but they dont want to make a sale... I went in looking for something very specific, I could see half a dozen of them on the shelf behind the counter but when I asked the little bald dude for one he was too lazy to put his crapple laptop down and get off his ass to even pretend to entertain me, he simply said he didnt have any.. Not a place Ill be spending any of my money at...

The owners are crooks. They were selling a particular item that was 7 years old in bad shape for the same price it was new 7 years ago.. And advertised it was half the cost. Thankfully i did my research and informed them that it was over priced and they hardly went down on the price. I can only imagine everything else here is priced the same way. Go else where and you will find a truly honest (not just advertised) pawn shop.

Chris and his guys are the best in the area. He has a wide variety of items to choose from and he is BY FAR the fairest as far as trading, selling or pawning your items. Guys have always been professional and fair, they even offer interest free 3 day loans and thats great, if u truly just need a loan for a couple days, then thats great..they go by the market of what the average price things are being sold with there competitors. I wont go anywhere else..

I took jewelry here, I knew what karat it was they were talking in a different language to each other and then told me it was a lower karat. They offered me 50 dollars I went to pawn depot and they gave me 175 big difference. It was worth driving a little more
