Yeah I went there today and recieved terrible service from an employee by the name of FRANK. I had over 1500.00 in hand tools and was only asking to get 320.00 for all of it just to pawn it. He wanted me to sell it and had no problem giving me that to sell it. When I said I would be crazy to sell it for that and that I said i just wanted to pawn it he said the highest he would give to pawn was less then half of what I was asking for it. 150.00 total to pawn it. Thats ridiculous. That places is no better then a common thief. I had two 50.00 cords and 100.00 hand cart that was practically brand new and that wasnt even counting over 400 lbs of mostly all craftsman tools from socket wrenches to specialty tools for cabling, auto mechanic, carpentry tools. Take a look at all the picture that I have posted and tell me I dont deserve what I was asking for it, just to pawn it!!!!

Doing business with these guys has been pretty good. I made the mistake of moving to the dump they call Florida and ended up having to pawn my guitar and amp. To the guy who dissed Frank, you have no idea what you are talking about. I had to also pawn my wedding rings as well, because they pay like crap here, and I lost them, but FRANK treated me with respect and had genuine concern. Its pretty bad that the only people I have met in Florida who were straight shooters were the guys at Pawn max, but that is the case. Good job Frank, glad I met you. Eric

The staff is horrible, had a DVD player not work, went in, and had to pay more for a crappier dvd player. It was almost like they knew the one they sold me was not going to work. I explained this was time off of work I had to take plus gas... are they going to at least give me a small free upgrade. The guy just laughed at me and my boyfriend. Most unprofessional pawn shop ever! I felt like I was dirt because I bought a DVD player at a pawn shop. I suggest not going here, read the other reviews! Why would you ever want to go be treated like crap!!

My experience here at Pawn Max has always been very enjoyable. I always look forward to coming hsre. The managers has alwas been extra courteous and understanding. They have worked with me in every possible way with the prices and are always courteous. Especially Jermaine i would just like to say thank you and keep up the great work fuys. I even refer everyone i can to visit because Pawn Max is awsome!

The vanitys the counter gir is rude, and has no idea what she is doing.. she kept my id and the charger for my laptop, after she could not figure out how to use the computer. I am forced to call the police.. very sad because their other stores are ran very professional.

The new management is great. The two girls that are always there are really nice and accommodating. They make you feel welcome and dont treat their customers like dirt. The same cant be said for most other pawn shops in the area. 5 stars!
