Wow felt like Twilight zone going into the Jim Mathes shoe store. The older lady was clueless did not make any recommendation when i gave her my foot problems or even offer to size me. Everytime i pick up a shoe shed say "thats not much support" without making any suggestions to any specific shoes. No wonder that place is dead. The only reason id go to a specialty shoe store is for help! Im in awe that when you actually need a salesperson they dont know how to sell.

Jim Mathes Shoes is truely a class act. From the presentation of the store to the highly trained staff. When you go into Jim Mathes Shoes you know that you will be fitted correctly. The staff takes time to sit with you and measure your feet. I truely dont remember another shoe store doing that. They usually just ask what size you wear and go get the shoe. But not at Jim Mathes Shoes.. I would highly recommend this shoe store. You wont regret it !!!!!!!

Jim Mathes Shoes is the best shoe store around! The staff are extremely friendly and veryknowledgeable about all the products with huge selections, hard to fit sizes, proper fitting for your feet - Great customer service! Must stop by and check out!!!!
