Why such a low mark for endless shoes? Their selection is... eh. Most of the time I go in there needing something specific (boots, sandals, mens dress shoes, etc.), but leave empty-handed. They have a large selection of shoes, but for each individual shoe the sizes available can be scant. It feels like if you go in with something in mind (royal blue heels), you will be disappointed. If you go in with something very general in mind (heels of any color), you may luck out. But be warned that if you have wide calves, their boot selection will do nothing for you. The various pairs of shoes Ive gotten from DSW have been shoes Ive worn a lot, but that wear out too quickly. Cheaply made? I do love walking around the clearance section and seeing shoes up to 70% off (last time I was there I even saw a new sticker--80% off--on a small handful of boxes), but again, I almost always walk out empty-handed. The staff is friendly and works hard to help you. The rewards club is okay. I like that you get $5 free for your birthday!

very good customer service, and a great selection of shoes. My wife likes to check out their purses as well. You can usually find good deals int he back, in the Clearance section. *not all stores are the same, so if you find something on clearance at one store, it may not be on clearance at another store. Your best bet, is to have a shoe expert call another store for your size, and if they have it, (even if not on clearance at the other store), and you will get the shoes for clearance price!
