I went here with my mother to buy some wedding shoes. We were a little disappointed that there were no more white wedding shoes available in her size, but womens shoes dont dominate a whole lot at this store; there are wide varieties and multiple packages of shoes, sandals, high heels, etc. in a seemingly decent range of sizes. Despite the exposed HVAC, this store makes up for it by blending contemporary styles of gray, brown, and black (to name a few) and featuring arcitecturally nice display areas for footwear. We had fairly good service overall; the ladies at the check-out area were friendly and the wait times were not long for us (the store wasnt very busy), though we were not necessairly helped out in finding shoes for us.

Good service with ordering a shoe in size that wasnt in stock. HOWEVER, as the purchase was done, the clerk or the store skimmed the credit card, and within hours hundreds of dollars were accrued in local businesses. Do yourself a favor and avoid the hassle of cancelling credit card and fighting erroneous charges by not shopping at this particular DSW location!

A good selection of shoes. Has mostly causal dress/work/sports/outdoor shoes. Nothing custome or high end on any brands. Best part about this store is that it has nice chairs to site in while you wait for your wife.

DSW is where I go to get about 90% of all my shoes. Friendly staff, if they dont have the shoe in my size, they will call to other stores!
